Bruce worked to obtain the vehicle I wanted, and was very helpful in setting up Ford Pass and syncing my phone to the vehicle. The process was quite easy. And Tim handled the financial transactions, making it quick & easy.

Don’t let Lilliston Ford work on your truck!

I took my truck in for brake pad replacements. It had no failures and was being proactive to keep ahead of normal maintenance after an inspection. I drove in with no issues and had to have it towed out because the tech wasn’t comfortable completing the service after breaking off bolts and stripping others. My estimates went from $600 to $1600 to we don’t know how much it will will be after the bolts started breaking and I needed to come down to advise Ford on a Ford truck. I had it picked up and my neighbor looked at it and will have it done in one day. He commented, what the xxxx did the tech do to your truck?

Traded in a 13-year-old work Van with some rusty spots on

Traded in a 13-year-old work Van with some rusty spots on it. Salesmen was Jim Frie made sure I got a fair trade in value. Picked out a new truck and made a good deal. Went in the office with Tim Carragher to sign final paperwork. Jim took me out to my new truck and showed me all the new and interesting things in the truck. Always been happy with service department and the sale department.

Jacob was a great help.

Jacob was a great help. I took my car in for a recall and was able to get new tires and an oil change. He got me prices and I was able to decide which tire would be best for my budget. He took care of everything.
