Bought a Ford F-150 Raptor R and I wish I had gone there

Bought a Ford F-150 Raptor R and I wish I had gone there for my previous Ford purchases. The sale were very easy and the additional added options were explained and purchased without the pressure that other dealers have. Lilliston Ford sent a car to pick me up so I could drive my new vehicle home. They set up the Ford connect and explained the features and settings on the vehicle. I am glad I was referred there by my Doctor, who is another happy customer.

When we arrived at the Lilliston Ford dealership, we

When we arrived at the Lilliston Ford dealership, we dropped off two vehicles. On the F-150 I asked the lady who did the paperwork. I specifically asked her to make sure that the person who is doing the tire rotation to please please do the “X” pattern. As always all your begging and pleading they still do what the heck they want. So why plead with a company that NEVER EVER listen to the customer. I marked the tire to prove my point, but to argue with someone who takes 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation is senseless. I only go to Ford because I hope that they will do right by the customers. Obviously they are not going to.

We purchased our first car from lilliston Ford a 2007

We purchased our first car from lilliston Ford a 2007 Meecury Mariner hybrid.Thanks to their great service it is still running strong. Since then a Mustang Mach E. GT. Now a 2023 Ford lightening. Jim and Bill are great Lilliston representatives from, the trade ins to the purchased. I highly recommend Lilliston anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
