Great experience!!

David was always very pleasant to work with and was extremely patient as we work through our decision making process. When it came time to "close the deal", Dave and Phil kept our budget in mind and we ultimately settled on a very fair price. This is the second car we have purchased from Hamilton Nissan and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thanks for a great experience!

Horrible dealership, stay away!

Currently here now. No one greeted us when we walked in, we looked around aimlessly for about 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. Someone named Jeremey called and set up an "appointment" with me scheduled 7:15 pm, come to find out he doesn't even work on the floor. According to one of the salesmen Kelvin, he works in internet sales and has no idea whats going on inside of the actual dealership and they were all busy and short staffed. Apparently the internet sales team blindly schedules appointments with people! I've been here over an hour (it's 8:40 pm) waiting for someone to help me and they close in 20 minutes. I live about an hour away and came here straight after work so you can only imagine how annoyed/upset I am!! Will never waste my time here again and I suggest no one else to either. They'll call you, tell you you're approved for a loan, and have you sit in their store and waste your time!! I'm shocked by how terrible the customer service is, never experienced something like this in my life! stay away!!!

I love my used Rogue

I recently purchased a used 2016 Rogue with very low miles and got a heck of a deal. Roy, Anthony and Ed were all exceptional to work with. I assumed I was going to be at the dealership all day, but I was in and out of there in 2 hours. Thanks again!

No after sale support.

Got a good price on a car and the salesman was fine, problem is if you need any after sale help or questions answered they won't call you back or return emails. Windsor screwed up my paperwork, I wanted to talk to someone about it over the phone. Called and emailed the finance guy, sales manager, owner for a two week period, not one single reply. Stopped in and finance guy made a copy of my paperwork, said he would take care of it. 6 week later, certified letter from Nissan, finance guy never did anything. Called and emailed the finance guy, sales manager, owner for another week, not one single reply. Had to go back in to the dealer to get everything resolved. A simple returned phone could have saved a ton of time, not sure Windsor Nissan cares about after sales support.

Not real nice

not real happy with how I was spoken to by the manager (he did not introduce himself). Larry was very nice though. I did not buy the vehicle because of the manager.

Internet Prices Are Not Negotiable

I went to buy a car but was told the price on the internet are not negotiable. I wish they advertised it as such because I would not have driven the hour and 20. I was told by the salesman they do that to bring people in. Plus, the car I test drove was shaking like crazy.

Unimaginable increase on a used car price overnigh

Increased the used car price over night after receiving the request. The increased price was almost equal to a new one. Sales rep does not even know if the recall was fixed on a nissan branded vehicle. When confronted the reason for the price increase comes up with a lame excuse of special sale price was effective just till yesterday!!! Worst dealership & sales person.
