A happy customer
I've been a customer at this dealership since 1991.I feel that I have been treated consistentently with fairness,friendliness, courtesy and professionalism . I haven't felt pressured into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. The sales people I have worked with are willing to work within my budget and make suggestions accordingly.I believe the biggest issues are trust and honesty. If these are maintained by personnel, a successful dealership will thrive. I leased another Camry. It is a beautiful car. I love driving it.

Accommodating
Although I am no longer driving a Toyota, I will not allow any other dealership maintain my car. Thank you to Bill West and staff for accommodating me as well as be receptive to servicing an Audi! You guys are the best!

I arrived late, @1hr late, to my appointment due to a major traffic delay on 1-95 east, no one commented and you took my car in and had it all,done within 45mins or less.

Clean and experienced service personnel
On time and done quickly. Service personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and well maintained. Waiting area is comfortable and clean.

Sales Dept Awful, Service Great!
Our family has been multiple Toyota owners for over 20 years and throughout that time we have brought our car to Toyota service primarily because of Jack Murphy. Currently we have 3 Toyotas. The service dept is what keeps us purchasing Toyotas. This should be considered when handing out incentives for car sales. (Truthfully, the sales dept at Lakewood Toyota is awful. We have driven to a dealership over an hour away to avoid dealing with the sales dept at Lakewood Toyota. My customer service rating is for service not sales)
