Worst experience ever

I would not recommend Defelice to any one, they should be ashamed of themselves on how they acted. They lied multiple times I have all the documentation, try to rip off consumers and they have. They went to the extent to forge names on extended warranty documents then change the amounts. I got the documents from 3rd party tire wheel place for the package. Never wanted it in December I live 2 hours away I been asking what is it 23rd Mark send it out last month ask again 3 days ago more BS on the 8th guess what documents were filed. Defelice would of kept that money as they intended to do but I already new there shady dealings . So $1000.00 send app over to wheel tire company got it back added onto the $1000 modified it and send to the cosigner in email. I got original copies. My names Gary B all the credit apps came back approved big companies and Defelice picked Exeter financial I have a 24% interest rate lol a tires package for a Saturn , over 27 calls from Defelice, not a one thing is correct. I can Imagine the people this happened to. I have every text/ document and phone conversation as my line is a business line as well. My mother is the only reason that car from Defelice could of had any car she finds a Saturn At Defelice . Maybe it was meant to be because there is others out there. I come to your dealer in a $70k truck and then again in a corvette . I will be filing a class action lawsuit and be in contact with the police regarding those documents that were forged, I don't want a dime anything won will be donated to the children' hospital BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Great experience buying a great car

Looking only for leverage to use in another negotiation, I visited DeFelice Auto with no intention of buying. I began talking with Jack DeFelice, and two hours later I had a better deal on a better car than what I'd seen at their competitor's shop. All the required paperwork – insurance, title transfer, registration – was painlessly completed, and I drove away as a happy new "family" member. The next time I need a car I'll take a pass on shopping and just return to DeFelice.

Defelice Used Cars and Mark Cohen I give both 5 st

I stopped in to look for a used truck and Mark showed me at least 10 trucks. He listened to what I wanted and needed and he found me a 2009 Ford F150 Crew Cab 4x4. We test drove it and Mark went over everything in the truck with me. I was very pleased. We discussed the price and they took care of the financing. On the way home I opened the drivers side window and it wouldn't go back up. I finally got the power window to work and was able to close it. I called Mark and he had me bring it back in and it was the regulator and they fixed it free of charge.

Fantastic Service Dept.

My first time using the service department, they did an excellent job, My cars dashboard was lighting up like a Christmas tree, Oil Change light, check battery light, door open light, check motor light all at once. Each time I drove, the symbols on the dashboard would come on one by one. Needless to say I was afraid to drive the car because I wasn't sure if all these things were wrong with it. When I purchased my granddaughters car one week ago I noticed DeFelice has a service department so I gave them a call and brought the car in. MY initial dealing were with Joseph who we explained what was going on with the car, we left the car and three hours later I received a call from Joseph that the car was ready for pickup. (the problem was not the fuses) The problem was fixed, when I picked up the car Ed another service Tech explained in detail what happened. I would recommend this service dept. they are knowledgeable, courteous and take the time to listen even though I am a woman. Thank you All.

Should be mine

Has the car I wanted. Let me drive it towards closing. Negotiated fair price. Came back next day asking if I could take the car to my mechanic overnight. Refused that. I told salesman I'd get an appointment with mechanic. Got the appointment but when I called back they refused to let the car go. Stated too many mechanics don't like the dealership. Stated they give 30 day warranty. Three weeks ago. Car still hasn't sold. If it passed mechanics inspection I would be the owner now.

Nice used truck, fair deal.

Overall a good car buying experience. Salesman Mark was personable and accommodating. I feel the deal we worked out was fair to all involved. Mark and the owner actually stayed after closing and helped me clean out the stuff from my old vehicle which they took in trade.

never responded to my email. Unprofessional

The dealer never responded to my email and felt it was very unprofessional why even have that as an option and thats what works best for me being so busy.

Stay away far away

I went and looked at a used Pontiac Grand Am pricing good. After looking at the car notice the door locks did not work . Assured us they would have it fixed . we decided to buy it. Went back to get the car and the driver side mirror was broken and the locks were not fixed Salesman said the mirror was like that when we bought it it wasn't. Brought one of the owners out he confirmed it was not like that when we looked at it. When I asked if there was any recalls on the car was told by the salesman Mark Cohen no. After purchasing the car we get a flyer in the mail there is an ignition recall on this vehicle. Stay away from this place especially if your salesman is Mark Cohen he is your typical used car salesman. They never called us when the title and the registrations were in waited almost 3 months to pick them up.

Dealer response

Sal, shame on Mark for possibly not calling you when your MV work came back, and also possibly stating there's no recalls on the car without checking the Carfax report, but you did have an opportunity to review any recalls when you signed off on the Carfax report. We did repair the mirror (which was broken all along) at no charge to you right in the beginning. We also explained to you, after diagnosing the power door lock repair also at no charge, that it wasn't a switch or the motor and that the time involved to find the open in the wiring somewhere to repair that one door lock only, exceeded the value of the car! Sal, you do have to admit, we helped your girlfriend's daughter with a good-running, decent $2,000-budget car, a car in a price range that is extremely limited today.
