I recently needed help with my car key settings. My keys got somehow disconnected from my car so when I walked away the car wouldn't automatically lock. I stopped in unexpectedly to see if someone could help. Thanks to Charlie I got it up and running again. Can't thank him enough. Every time I go into Honda to get help with something he is always greeting me, and asking how I am doing. Always so great! Way to go Charlie.
