I cant say enough about how amazing Jordan and Ajay were at helping me secure one of my biggest purchases of my life! The process was seamless, Jordan was super patient and kind and welcoming. He answered every question and every concern with sincerity and honesty. He is the biggest part of why I chose Honda over other options I’ve looked at. We were very particular about the numbers and the trade-in, and Connor worked with us throughout the process to get the deal where we wanted it to be. What really stood out was how straightforward the entire experience felt. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re negotiating a trade and financing, but Connor made the process much easier than I expected. He was patient while we went through everything and made sure we understood what we were signing. We ended up driving home in our new CR-V Hybrid Touring feeling like we got a great deal, and we’re extremely happy with the purchase.
