They made it easy!

Purchased 2 cars, they made it easy, straight forward pricing, no haggling. I didn't get that "I need a shower after dealing with them" feeling that I've gotten at other dealerships.

Fair and Stree-free

One of the better dealership experiences we've had in years. Prices and negotiations were more than fair and expeditious. Judy and Mike were both very helpful and did not try to oversell and push products we didn't need/want. Bill's consistent email/phone campaign reminded us to visit the dealership. Our first time purchasing from Clinton Honda, we would purchase from them again.

Oil change

I had forgotten that dealership had transitioned to appointments only. But the service desk accommodated me and I was out in a much shorter time than anticipated! Excellent customer service!

Great team

Very friendly staff that is very thorough in explaining maintenance either completed on your vehicle or maintenance that may be necessary. They are not pushy about selling maintenance for your car, but give you a window on when certain maintenance should be completed.

Great Customer Service

Michelle was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to be helpful and to let me know what servicing my car was going to need. I've been coming to Clinton Honda since I bought my car in 2009. I trust my car is getting the best service around and I've always had a wonderful experiance with all the staff.

Excellent experience

No pressure, friendly faces, excellent service!

Bill Ripka was my first point of contact. He was amazing, made me feel comfortable and answered all questions with complete answers. Our primary communication was the telephone, but right away, I felt welcomed and at ease. Bill helped me budget, down to the penny, the exact amount for the vehicle, before I even left home. It was an all-in amount, no guessing no estimations, nothing hidden. At the dealership, Charlie Bippart walked me through any questions I may have had about the car, he greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me through any details I needed to take care of - all the way down to programming my car to my specifications - a totally customized experience. I finally then met with Judy Meier who worked one on one with me. Never any pressure, not tricky "sales" types moves. A fabulous team member, and another patient and caring team member. I LOVE my car and I love that I found this team!
