Just got my third car from this dealer (and the same salesperson) in the last six years. The buying experience has gotten better - not that it was even close to unpleasant before - with each purchase. This is a helpful, courteous, true-to-their word, no-BS dealership. They listen to you and make suggestions that meet your needs, and offer pretty good prices as well. Paul is a great sales guy - responsive, respectful and honest. Also want to share my experience with Ed in F&I - who said they would send me a check within two weeks for the last payment on a lease they helped me get out of. I had pretty strong preconceived notions about how guys in the finance department at dealerships operate, and was expecting to see the check in 3-4 weeks. Boy, was I wrong. The check arrived in the mail in three days! That's right - three days instead of 14. Who'd-a-thunk-it? I commend the ownership and staff of this dealership for their high levels of service and professionalism, and will surely be recommending them to friends. I just hope that by the time I go there next, they have replaced their coffee machine...because the beverage it currently vends cannot be called coffee by any stretch of the imagination :-)

The Salesman was diligent and efficient in letting me know when the car I was looking at arrived. When in the dealership, I never felt pressure to buy the car and I was given ample time to look the car over and make my decision. Once I decided to buy the car everything was precise and on point as far as service.

This is my second vehicle purchased at Bridgewater Acura and both experiences were pleasant. We returned to the same Acura dealer as we were satisfied with our Acura and the service we had received. Ryan helped us with this present vehicle purchase and we thought he was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. We highly recommend the Acura brand and this dealer to all our friends.

My wife and I were greeted by Tina from the the internet department. She was so nice and really made us feel like part of the dealership family. She introduced Sasha and we started to work on the deal directly. Sasha was very honest and detailed in talking about the vehicle and best price we can get. He really showed the interest of doing business with us and didnt want to lose us as first time customer. We, indeed were very satisfied working with Sasha. He made the purchase easy and fun. We sure would recommand our friends to visit the Bridgewater dealership. I'd buy another vehicle from Sasha.

So this is my second car that I purchased from...
So this is my second car that I purchased from Bridgewater and from Sasha. I have also recommended two friends who have also purchased vehicles from Sasha. I don't think much more needs to be said. Great dealership, great choice of cars, great sales approach. Sasha will work with you and your budget and try to get you the best deal. Couldn't think of any other dealership to go to.

I was greated in a friendly manner and I didn't feel the pressure of a saleman who was too pushy! After a breif discussion that helped us zone in on what I was interested in they were able to show me multiple options. They took their time and helped me make a decision that I felt really good about. Even though this was a used car sale I was not made to feel that my business was any less important thas someone making a much larger purchase. The salespeople and the finance person were all top notch and had great personalities. The entire experience was pleasant and I will recommend them to anyone I know that may be in the market for a new or used car.

A really great experience from my test drive to the closing. My sales person Tony was very accomodating, never pushy and the Finance guys worked with me and also took care of some of the cars needs after purchase out of good faith. Would highly recommend

My experience with Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura has been great! I worked with sales consultant Sasha. He was very professional and direct. Everything that he promised he delivered. His no-nonsense approach was refreshing and very helpful in my decision making. I feel like my business is appreciated here. In addition to Sasha, Tina from the internet department welcomed me back and made me feel like I was part of the Bridgewater Acura family. Also the general manager came over to greet me and thanked me for my business. Brian in the finance department took good care of me. I've been shopping for an Acura TL for a while now, i just never found a good deal, I decided to wait a while and find the perfect "candidate", and the wait was completely worth it, I had emailed Tina before telling her what i was interested in, she emailed me back very quickly showing me what they have, within the price range i had set(then) and the year, down to even the colors i asked for. Nothing came out of it at first, except for the fact that even through email's i could tell the customer service was going to be fantastic. Months later, i was back in the hunt, this time more specific for Tina, i let her know i was looking for a 2008 Acura TL Type S, low mileage, what color(s) and gave her the price range. Sure enough luck would have it they had one in stock, she set up an appointment for me to come in and take a look. When i came in several sales people had politely greeted me, i told them who i was there to see and what i was looking for, they redirected me to Tony D. Right off the bat Tony's upbeat attitude and enthusiasm made me feel at ease. I got to meet Tina as i sat down with Tony, she came out to greet me(mind you she didn't have to, she runs the Internet Sales Department, I was there in person, but the fact that she went out of her way to say hi to me and greet herself was a HUGE plus as far as commitment to customer service goes). Tony didnt try to uptalk to car immediately, he didn't push me for a sale, and that was GREAT. What he did was LISTEN to me, listen to what i wanted, how long I've been searching, what my price range was, etc. When i was done, we got down to business, he knew what needed to be done for it to be affordable for me. He worked with me immensely, he didn't do what other sales people are accustomed to doing, he didn't show me a cheaper car that i didn't want "that would be well within my price range". He pushed aggresively to make sure i got the car i wanted under the terms that i had specified. Tony and Tina are HUGE assets to Bridgwater Acura, and show the real deal as far as customer satisfaction goes. Bryan was the final puzzle piece to the sale. He went over all the numbers that had been crunched to accomodate my affordability, I had gotten a GREAT price on the car, it had exceptionally low mileage. Bryan didn't try to sell me anything extra i didn't want, he simply showed me the options i had for warranties and insurance, made sure i understood them and their importance, he also knew the importance of me not passing my range for monthly payments. All in all Bridgewater Acura comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, i went to them FIRST by word of mouth, i've heard how professional these guys are. They are a class act and are willing to work with you, and i'm glad i chose them to do business with
