I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2023 Tahoe LT from Chevy Exchange! Before coming here, I visited several other dealerships and honestly didn’t have the best experiences. There were pushy sales tactics, a lack of transparency, or just not feeling heard. That all changed the moment I connected with Rob and Danny. The team at this dealership has absolutely the best
The team at this dealership has absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Matt and Danny are personable, and attended to all my questions right away. They also listened to my requests and provided me with the best car options. From the start to the end they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond working with me through each question and request. The paper work process was ready, so when I arrived to finalized the purchase it didn’t take a long time like other places I’ve been to. I will definitely make my other car purchases with them. It was a pleasant experience and I’d recommend them.
