It was an awesome experience with the DCH honda. Jasvinder is one of the guy at DCH honda who will make you comfortable and he is always ready to help. He knows the definition of the customer means :) . So If you are worry about the car and deal then he is the best person who can resolve your queries. DCH honda is the best place where you can get the good deal with the trust. Erik and Dimitri are the representative who also help to get full understanding about the car and to get the good deal. for Quality of Work:1 less start because to carry document they don't had a good folder or document holder. We all know that buying a new vehicle isn't always the most pleasant experience dealing with pushy salespeople and their own agenda. We had visited 5 dealers before DCH Academy Honda. Ashley greated us at the door and the next day we owned a new Honda Accord. Ashley was great to work with in every way. Pleasant, articulate and showed a genuine interest in our needs, not what anyone else told her to do and that says a lot for DCH Academy Honda too.

Ashley was great, nice to work with a saleswoman! We were in on a Saturday and although it was very busy she had us in and out in a timely fashion without any headache. George was my salesperson while purchasing my 2017 Honda Civic hatchback. He was absolutely amazing. Answered all my questions I had. Very knowledgeable salesperson. I would have given 5 stars as Academy Honda saved me almost $600 on the cost of my car from another dealer, however, the high pitch sales for options took it away (my fault) they offer an option at a cost, when you say no, they lower the price until you [think] it's a good deal, only to find out, it's not such a great deal. In my case it was the Oil Plan. After the fact I see if I had not taken it and just relied on the coupons for Oil change @ $38.95, it would have come out cheaper. But I have to remember, it's for the life of the car and hopefully I will live long enough to use up what it cost me. Other than that, it was a painless experience.

Ryan was very patient and kind, curtious and helpful. He went out of his way to help get what we needed and at the right price. Great experience here at academy Honda with him.
