My sales representative was Erich Tam and he helped me every step of the way. He answered all my questions and gave me tips about my new car. He was very detail oriented and finished my paperwork in a timely manner. He requested I fill out a credit application prior to arriving to sign the final paperwork to pick up the car. By the time I arrived he prepared everything for me and the rest was as easy as 123. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking to buy a new car without any hassle. They put all the numbers discussed in writing and explain the process to you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have. When you reach the financing they explain the options available and it is up to you whether you want them or not. They don't use the high pressure tactics other dealers i have visited use.
