DCH Academy Honda

Robert Levine was the person who assisted my father with a lease he was looking to get. All the plaques plastered all over his wall and all the weight he has gained from the many years of sitting on his xxx did not help with his people skills. He was obnoxious, rude, and didn't keep to his word. The man claimed to want to show my father the latest car so he could be shown the latest features, but instead had us wait 10 minutes and came back with a higher price that was claimed to be bottom dollar. What was worse, was that when he was confronted for claiming to be a shark to aggresive people and that he was selling platinum cars, he clearly dismissed us. And much worse, because he didn't know how to react to people that wouldn't just settle without negotiation. Needless to say, a frequent customer from this Honda dealership will be going to Nissan due to Robert Levine's lack of people skills, ability to speak as a professional, and physical appearance...if you are selling cars at least make sure you can fit into one...that is all!
