Excellent Service and Great place to pick up a Honda

Honda CR V-EXL 2015 Very satisfied with the entire car buying experience. From the point we entered the dealership, Paul from Sales and Dmitry from Finance made us very comfortable and were patient in answering all our queries. Our budgetary requirements were considered and there was no pressure to change our numbers. Will definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda at Oldbridge to all my friends and relatives. Well worth the wait

Buying a new car can be very stressful but Joseph Guzzo made the car buying experience very easy and fun for my family. I left the dealership with no buyer's remorse. I will definitely return in the future.

One of the best car buying experience I've ever had

Loretta Lau and Joseph Guzzo were excellent, Loretta and I already worked out a price before going to the dealership and I never felt under any pressure to change my package or add anything that I did not ask for before making the trip to pick up my new CRV. The most time consuming part of the purchase was meeting with the finance manager which I did not understand since I had my own check but overall the people at the dealership were very pleasant and the coffee was great.....

Long drive for a great experience

The most important piece of any transaction is communication. Veronica Gallucio and her manager Peter Modzelewski worked tirelessly to ensure that I had all the proper information prior to my trip to NJ. I felt that I received a fair price for my trade in and the car I purchased was immaculate. Veronica was particularly helpful when the finance department became backed up and escorted me to the main building where I completed the transaction with little delay. This dealership is filled with staff that was courteous and willing to help not just me but every customer present during my time there. If I had any issue it was that the dealer should improve the building for these fine employees to work in.

Exceptional Customer Service

I was referred to Mark Kamatoy and it took him minutes to reach out back to me with detailed pricing, very honest and straight to the point when I spoke to him over the phone; I decided to schedule my visit. My family and I was greeted by a nice young lady who was then talking to my soon to be Sales Consultant Enrique Castaneta. Enrique was very professional, patient with all our questions and very detailed information on the CRV that I was taking home. Thank you again for the service and honesty. purchased our 12th Honda in 9 years

My husband and I had purchased vehicles at other Honda dealerships prior to DCH Academy Honda, we started there in 2010 and have always had a great experience. Our first salesman was Nitin, he has moved up to management in the company. Now our salesman is Joseph Guzzo. We just purchased our 4th Honda Odyssey. The one we wanted was not in stock and Joe made sure we were able to get the color we wanted. I would recommend family and friends to go to this dealership and ask for Joe Guzzo. We also bring our vehicles here for servicing. Thank you Joe for a great, non-stressful experience. We really appreciate your help and honesty and we'll be seeing you in a couple years for a new Honda for our son. Kathy and John

Returned Home To My Family ++++

I have leased my 3rd Vehicle @ DCH Academy Honda. I travel 1 hours & 20 minutes from the Bronx to manage transactions with John Nguyen, Manager of Leasing. John Nguyen is trustworthy, dependable and honest. John Nguyen assured me that he will assign my service to patient Sales Person. Essam (Sammy) Beshay, Salesman was a true professional who offered Patience without pressures. I reiterated to Essam Beshay that I had a horrific experience of haggling many years ago. I enjoy the trip to Old Bridge because; I am assured comfort and excellence. Michael Bendar, Business Manager summed up my Pilot SE transaction with precise and humor. Wonderful Experience! Wonderful Teamwork!

Quality service.
