I really don't know where to begin. We brought in our...

I really don't know where to begin. We brought in our 2015 Hyundai hybrid for service and drove out with a new car. This is the second Hyundai we have purchased from D'Arcy. We would urge anyone, even if you have to drive a little like we do - about 28 miles- for the best service, deals, friendliness, and overall caring for their customers! Our salesperson was Joe Blumhardt. He was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every add-on known to man. No, we did not take all of them, only one. We specified a certain vehicle. It was not available.except special order. So...he offered to show us a demo and asked if we minded if it had a few miles on it. Nope. He brought out a white, gorgeous Limited. We bought it! We are so happy with the car! It does everything! And besides, the body style is sleek and sexy! (Very important when you are 80/91) years old!) I would recommend asking for Joe as your salesman if you are inclined to go to D'Arcy in Joliet. He could not have been more helpful! One more thing: Kudos to Jayson Mirabella in the service department. He is over and above helpful!

Jimmy was great to work with! No pressure, very informative and considerate to our needs. We drove over an hour to see a vehicle and they put it aside for us so no one else could drive it in between. It was thoughtful and we appreciated that level of service!

This was our first time to deal with D'Arcy, and I doubt it will be our last! Great buying experience. We had most of the deal worked out via emails with Isa Romero ahead of time, so it was pretty painless once we arrived, there was no back and forth on price - which was a fantastic!
