They make the process for financing a vehicle very easy and they do not hard sell any vehicles. They’re very open about the process and their recommendations are always sound. Eric A. helped me out tremendously. I brought my A3 only for a minor issue. I bought my car CPO and there was a maintenance plan that was included. Unfortunately, I thought that the last of the included scheduled maintenance intervals had already expired. It turned out that it was expired but for less than a couple of weeks. He got the necessary approval to get that last maintenance done despite the expiration. I also asked for a shuttle ride home, but he told me that there was a bit of a wait. So I got a loaner instead and am I glad that I got to take advantage. Top level trim with all the premium appointments! It was a driving advertisement. I was sold! Just gotta get paid and I'm coming! With this kind of service, I'd gladly come back to give them my business.
