Other than Alex and Dan I found the sales manager to be rude, and unprofessional and at times insulting. I will never recommend or ever set foot in this dealership again. No reason to be talked to in the manner that I was spoken to by Tony Parente, don't care how long he has been selling cars.

For once i actually had a sales person that took care of me with no funny business answered all my questions found exactly what care i wanted for what i wanted to pay Sean Bernier went above and beyond the call of duty!!! Did not pressure me gave me all my options gave me a day to think about what I wanted to do did not harass me about the sale I made my decision came in did the paper work closed the deal he even went as far as putting red bow on the hood as I was buying as a surprise for my wife. I will definitely be back to deal with Sean and the dealer ship agin!!!

I was in the market for a used car and want to see Alex D because his ratings were so high! Well he sold us a 2016 Honda Accord EX-Limited. Alex was such a great, honest, helpful, genuine, stand up Gentleman! I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience with Alex. I would highly recommend him!!!! 😊

Please do not go. There is the worst dealership in the entire state of Massachusetts management has lie and lie so many times they will steal your money at the same time. It was tomorrow at your face. Do not go out there. We are we are contacting the Attorney General of state of Massachusetts because of their lies.

We purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick AWD Hybrid on 2/22/25. Within a week, we found the promised safety features were missing. With no option to add them at the dealer, the GM offered a replacement at no cost—but only if we submitted a 5-star corporate survey, which we did at the time, and felt it was deserved. We want to revise that survey to reflect our overall experience 7 months later. The order for the replacement truck was placed on 2/28/25, and we were told it would be built in about 4–6 weeks; instead, Ford took over six months to build the truck. During that time, tariffs were put into place and the cost of the vehicle went up at the corporate Ford level. Pricing was unable to be confirmed until the truck was built and brought into the US. When it finally arrived, we were asked to pay for the cost/tariff increase and the fees all over again. This was about $3,500 and not something we had planned for. Efforts were made to alleviate the costs, but the initially discussed no cost replacement was no longer on the table. A consolation maintenance package was offered with minimal coverage for oil changes and tire rotations. Better than nothing, but limited nonetheless. Seven months later, we still don’t have the safety features. Overall, a disappointing end to a very positive initial experience.
