DCH Brunswick Toyota has raised the bar for car dealerships everywhere! I have purchased many cars over the years and never have I experienced the level of professionalism, courtesy, honesty and integrity as I did from every single staff member at this dealership. Previous to this experience, buying a car was an ordeal which I dreaded! I did my research and I knew that I was getting the best deal without the aggravation, haggling, and all the other nonsense that typically goes along with buying a new car. I was able to test drive both the Camry and Corolla and was highly impressed with the staff's knowledge of their product and their input on helping me choose the car that best suited my needs. The delivery process was quick and seamless as well and even the finance man did not try to pressure me into buying all those ridiculous add-ons! Overall very good service, no hard push which is surprising and refreshing from most of other dealers. Also offered a portable GPS which was a plus as well. Also had visitied the Toyota dealership in Morristown and had the worst sales experience - intersting to see two contrasting dealerships within half hour of our house.

I recently purchased a Camry XLE at DCH Brunswick Toyota. As soon as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Basith Abdul. After describing the car I was interested in, he offered to have me test drive it and visit the awesome service center, where he introduced me to the service manager, who was also very friendly and welcoming. I explained to Basith that I was also looking at other cars and wasn't ready to make a decision to buy just yet. He was very pleasant and accomodating and did not use any high pressure sales tactics to change my mind, which I sincerely appreciated. The following day I test drove the car again and decided to purchase it. Besides Basith, I also spoke to Luis Mejia concerning the price. I went home to review and compare the offer to quotes I received on the internet. I returned to the dealership later that day to buy the car and feel confident that I got the best deal. I feel that both Basith and Luis were straightforward and honest. It was a pleasure to work with them. I have since received a thank you note from Basith and am very happy to be part of the "DCH Brunswick Toyota family". I am thrilled with my new car and enjoy driving it tremendously.

Answered all questions in a professional and slow courteous manner. Test drove as long as I wanted. Was fair on my trade in and just an overall great experience. Bought many new cars before but first from this dealer and would definitely go back again. I thought that the individuals at the dealership were helpful and attentive and were straight forward in their dealings with me. I would have liked the price to be slightly lower, however, the cash for clunkers program followed by the year end clearance caused there to be a shortage of vehicles available. In fact, there were only a few Camry's and Rav4's left on the lot and this seemed to be the norm for dealers in the area. Even though it was somewhat of a seller's market at the time that I purchased my vehicle, I was treated fairly and honestly and I appreciate that. I would recommend this dealer.

It was an awesome experience at this Toyota dealer. I had fun looking at new cars that could've been my match, but I found the right one for me. It was a Toyota Matrix. The people here were really friendly. The moment I set foot at the entrance everyone was so kind and polite. They greeted me and right away attended me. Needless to say, customer service was excellent as well as their friendliness. The price for the car was a lot but with the cash for clunkers it helped to reduce that. Even at this reduction they gave me more options on how I could pay less.

Very Happy with Toyota vehicle price. The whole vehicle process from test drive, to the facility repair tour to the purchase price was done very well. I would purchase my all my Toyota vehicles from DCH Toyota in the future and highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I was in the market for my new toyota for 3 months and shopped with over 5 other dealerships but DCH Toyota was willing to work with me on the price and was very happy with the vehicle selection inventory and options.

Henry was great with everything. The only problem I encountered was after I purchased the vehicle. I had to come in the next day again to finish signing some papers and I got stuck waiting for an hour and a half to spend five minutes signing papers. Other than that I got the help I needed and I love my vehicle!

Very pleased with the dealership. I met Phil Drayton in the lot while I was looking for a 2010 Camry. The one I wanted unfortunately was already sold. Phil went the extra distance to find an incoming car, maintain my trust, and negotiate a great deal!
