3200.00 Bill of sale/Sticker price overcharge!

First time lease and the transaction started out favorable and before the ink dried it went south. Watch the price your actually being charged on your Bill of sales.. was charged 3200.00 over sticker price for my lease. Once I inquired, my sales representatives Levani Zazadze no longer answered my calls/text as quickly as prior to me signing (No need his money was in the bag). I made it my business to return to the dealership to get clarity and was met with the explanation of a shipping fee and availability charge. They needed to purchase my car from a dealership in New Jersey and have it delivered at a 3200.00 Fee!.. I could/would have picked it up myself. But ok.. if that was indeed the case.. how about communicating that to your customer and allowing me the option of getting a different in stock color or simply agreeing to the charges. BEYOND aggravated with this transaction.. BE WARE THEY DONT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND!.. Shop at your own risk and do your research prior to signing.. When they give you your VIN # Search it online and get the price listed on your sticker or do business else where. Everything is ok until it's NOT!.. I have an issue with the information that was given to me regarding this transaction. I was overly trusting of my sales representative Levani.. He does do an excellent job of selling you a vehicle. However its more than just making the sale. He would have made the sale even with the added charges potentially. It's about the relationship you build when your customer is satisfied from beginning to the end and BEYOND. My transaction is hopefully an isolated incident.. ( I doubt it very seriously. I cannot be the only one check your bill of sale in comparison to your sticker price), However Caveat Emptor. You should never trust anyone when it comes to making the best informed decision when making a major purchase.. I fell short in my due diligence of vetting the dealership and the sales rep. And I have 42 months to pay for my short coming.

NOT HONEST

MY INSURANCE AND I THOUGHT WE ARE PAYING FOR CHANGING THE BUMPER, BUT THEY ONLY FIXED AND PAINTED IT, WHEN I DISCOVERED IT, THEY SAY IT IS TOO LONG AGO!!!

Outstanding service and experience

Amazing experience and thank you so much Levani Zazadze. It was an easy and smooth transaction. For once, I actually felt the salesperson cared about me and what I wanted rather than taking advantage and selling what was in stock. Levani gave me the best deal in the tri-state area, explained how leasing from Audi v. lease company worked and what were the advantages of leasing directly from Audi, walked me through the entire transaction and gave a great tutorial about my car. Moreover, he went extra step and told me to text him if I get confused about some new functions in my vehicle. I left the dealership with a big smile in my new Audi A4. Thank you so much!!!!!

Terrible, terrible experience

Terrible, terrible experience with Levani Zazadze and Tim Comparato on my lease for an A7. They entered into a written agreement on behalf of the dealership where the dealership was to pickup damages and costs under my old lease. Despite repeated written reminders, they breached the agreement and destroyed my credit. The dealership completely dropped the ball and is not trustworthy. Also, pricing appears to be inflated. Stay away.

excellent service

Went to check out a used Audi Q7. Also test drove a 2018 Audi Q7. Levani was our salesperson and he was excellent very knowledge and kind and worked with us in every way. Unfortunately we did not buy but if going to Audi Manhattan ask for him.

Outstanding and Professional Service

I cannot say enough good things about Audi Manhattan Service. More than once I was burned by my Long Island Dealer, and Manhattan Audi came through every time, from replacing a missing part to making maintenance and convenient and easy as possible. I have not experienced better service at any car dealership.
