People are rude they sale lemons that go out in a year employees and managers laugh at you and dont care about what you say

Two Years In
After 2 years in, I've fallen on financial issues. Ms. Fran will not give up on me! As long as you communicate with her, she will not turn her back on you. I have nothing but good things to say about her and the entire dealership. You are truly family, once they SHABANATIZE you!!

Oil change
The oil change was fast and very efficient for the price the employees has great customer services and I will come here and also bring friends and family ,I was would give them a word of ve mouth on Facebook

DO NOT PURCHASE
Before you get the vehicle they have great customer service. However, once you have the car it is a nightmare. They don't return calls. Let you be late for a payment they will shut the car down. They have no empathy if you are going thru a hardship. I would never ever recommend anyone to go here regardless of how bad their credit is. I would rather ride the bus. If it was not connected to my credit I would give the car back and walk away They suppose to set your payment up according to how you are paid. I get paid once a month and they had me doing 2 payments a month. Mind you I did know, so I paid it faithfully, until one day they called and said I was late and I told them I paid in full at the beginning of the month. They said I was behind a payment. So I had to make a full payment and a half payment to get my car turned back on. I have called them today to get an extension on payment so I could find them the $$$ because of temporary hardship. They shut my car down. For the past 3 hours, I have been given the run around to get this car turned back on. She asked for a payment. I told her I have 18.21 in my account and they can have that. Then has to nerve to get upset with a frustrated customer who has been transferred and hung up on trying to speak with someone. Mind you I called them, they did not have to call me. She said I have not mad a payment in 42 days, forget that I make my payment in full at the start of the month. So I am only 12 days behind. Now I have been on hold with her for 10 minutes. I never disrespected at all but she cursed me out. No worries. Once I make this payment I will be down there telling them about themselves and telling whoever pulls up to turn around and go elsewhere. Hate that I have to give 1 star

Service
I've had my car for 3 years. Made my payments on time. The problem I have with this company is the "CPI" never have I had to deal with this before with any of my previous cars from other dealership. Has long as you making your payments on your car it shouldn't be a problem. Shabona has the nerve to tell you how much your deductible on your insurance suppose to be and if it's not what they want they don't expect it. If you don't make the payment for cpi they'll turn your car off until you pay them. This is ridiculous!!! I pay my insurance every month on top of car note and they wanna charge extra for their own cpi. I can't use that if a cop ask for proof of insurance so what's the point in this. I talk to my account manager and she argue with me telling me I don't have full coverage insurance when I've spoke to my insurance and they say I do!!! Shabona doesn't work with you if you ask for an extension. After hurricane Harvey everyone had their problems with home flooding, out of work. Companies extended payments if you need it because of this. But no not this company they wanted a reason to why you need an extension and when you pay you'll have to pay that payment and the next payment on the same day. If I couldn't afford the first payment what make you think I can have that and the next at the same time. When you first come the show you the most horrible filthy car telling you this is what you can get just to make you increase on your down payment. They don't have the prices for their cars display and when you ask them for a Price they make you wait over 30minutes just to tell you they can't give it to. I feel they charge more for a car then it's worth and that's illegal!!! I have a 2003 acura and was over charge for this. I have a year left on this car and I'll be glad once I'm done. Never will I recommend any one to this dealership

Fast service went in and drove off the lot within 2 hours I would recommend them to just about anyone low down payment and cars are in great condition
