Amazon sells Hyundais, you are far better off going

Amazon sells Hyundais, you are far better off going there. They will lie to you, false advertising is not above them. They will do anything to sell you a car. This dealership does not stand behind their cars. "We just sell the cars, we don't make them!" is hands down the funniest, most disgraceful and cowardly phrase I've ever heard ooze from a human's mouth. They bullied me as someone on the spectrum, my guess is they will take advantage of all disabled people.

I had a great experience just yesterday, with Lana!

I had a great experience just yesterday, with Lana! This was my first car purchase/lease since my last purchase in 2012 from the same dealership! I loved the ongoing dependability of my 2012 Elantra so much, that I wanted another Hyundai. I was very nervous about a car purchase after so long, but Lana was patient & listened, and seemed to have genuinely cared. She’s a shining light! My son will be needing a new vehicle at some point soon..and we WILL be visiting Lana again! Shawn in finance was pleasant, as was the manager. Everyone was very friendly, & there seemed to be a nice camaraderie amongst the staff. Great experience, I highly recommend this Hyundai dealership, & Lana!

I had a great experience just yesterday, with Lana! This was my first car purchase/lease since my last purchase in 2012 from the same dealership! Never in over 30 years have I had such a terrible

Never in over 30 years have I had such a terrible experience. I will never allow this company to touch a car that I own ever again. I had my 2017 Tucson towed in on 11/9/2023. On June 14, 2024 (yes 7 months) I had to have it towed to another shop. I was charged $5400 to have my car return in worse condition than it was given to them. I took it to the dealer because I thought they would be more knowledgeable. I could not have been more wrong. So I was without my vehicle for over 7 months with a $5,400 bill. I have never been so disappointed in a business in all my life. The level of incompetence is honestly surprising. I wish I could give a less than 1 rating.

Is there a negative button because they are utterly

Is there a negative button because they are utterly awful. Follow up is awful, service is poor, and my car has been sitting there since beginning of December. Never do any business with these people.

I couldn’t continue unless I have given a rating.

I couldn’t continue unless I have given a rating. But they didn’t have a minus button. Hyundai gets a minus 5. There service department doesn’t have a clue of what’s going on with that vehicle they financed to me. The banks paid them and I have to pay the bank back for a raggedy car that has a situation that there machines cannot figure out. First they told me that the battery was too small for the car, and that I needed to replace it because it overworked the other parts. $157 I went and paid to replace the freaking battery that CAME WITH THE upon purchase. Hyundai I WANT MY MONEY BACK. It wasn’t even the battery. The vehicle is there a I type this survey. No kind words from me. Now I’m even thinking of bankruptcy to get that xxxx car off my name. I hate and regret I didn’t go back to KIA . 12 years I had my KIA and traded it in for that xxxx UP HYUNDAI. The vehicle got me all out of character. I’m fussier more attitude that I didn’t carry before. The first sign was when my driver side window wouldn’t go back up.. lol yeah that was the beginning. A new car and the window got stuck on the down position. And then the domino effect happened. Then one thing of getting around to do the things I need to do but with my daughter who has behavior disorder. I had to catch UBER to her and another time where I had to bus it to her . xxx .. I’m not happy with the choice I made. I don’t want that car back and Hyundai don’t either. Why would y’all considering the problem it’s having. I just want to chalk it up and move on from that vehicle, butttt that’s a process. It’s beginning to be sickening to my soul. Speaking on that car or even HYUNDAI it’s really beginning to make my stomach curl, and that is not good.

My mom needed a replacement for the vehicle she had

My mom needed a replacement for the vehicle she had recently lost in an accident. Told the salesman it would be a cash deal..give me your best offer. Came back with a grossly marked up price! After playing the stupid game..again..we settled on a price..but after we got home and reviewed the paperwork…we found we had payed 1300 over sticker price! Yes..it was our fault for not noticing it..but these guys are crooks! Review the papers closely when with the financing guy! Can not recommend these people and won’t buy a thing from them again.
