I had a trade in & live out of state, and James made the whole process super easy. The whole thing was done by phone & email. After the agreed upon prices, they delivered my dream truck the next day & picked up my trade in. They made a usually daunting experience so easy. I will never go any where else. I saw Rodney about four months ago and he said he would put my name on his list to be notified when a Toyota Prius came in. We had pretty much forgotten that but he persisted and a Toyota Prius came in and within a week we were sitting in the car and driving. Nothing but the best he did a great job. He persisted in following up and you can’t ask much more than that.
