Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine

I went to Beaver to look at a preowned vehicle because I couldn't find a new one I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn't able to buy a car because of my credit score being below 500 but I must say these guys were nice to me the entire time and kept trying to find a way to get a bank to approve me. They didn't just treat me like a guy with a 490 credit score. I appreciate everything they did and treating me like a human being, not just telling me they cant do anything but really trying

They were kind and patient with me. I am very wound up tight when making a big purchase. Robin brought me water and was very pleasant with a nice smile. Luis and Donald were very patient because I was ready to leave several time before during and after I arrived at the dealership. I have only driven Toyota’s for the last 25 years. I am a Toyota girl and so excited about my new car! Beaver Toyota and staff made it a pleasure.

Probably like any dealership there is good and bad staff. Jean Dupoux is a great salesman, honest and real. But the manager we first dealt with was just the opposite. But Jean was able to make the deal happen. Thanks Jean

Phaeon and Seth (spellcheck?) were both so incredibly nice! We throughly enjoyed dealing with both of them it they could not have been any kinder and fun. We had a great time with them. There’s one thing that I really did NOT appreciate and that’s that it was a huge gut punch for me to be handed the car fax right after I sign all the papers for my ‘new car’ (it only had about 1000 miles on it so it truly seemed new for me) and see oh by the way it was in an accident. I totally understand it’s my fault for not asking for it before hand, I chalk it up to it being my first time buying a car and I definitely won’t make that mistake again. But I was going to buy a 4runner that night either way, wether it was the one I bought or the black one that was out front of the dealership that we originally came to look at, etc. It just cast this very negative feeling like I had just unknowingly made a huge mistake. So I went from super excited about my car to feeling nauseous all the way home and always feeling in the back of my mind that I made a bad choice. I would have appreciated total transparency so I could have used that to decide which one to buy, because like I said it wasn’t going to stop me from picking one out, it just was so depressing to find out after I sign everything. That’s just my two cents! Otherwise it was a good experience, and I’ll know not to let that happen again in the future!

Rodney was knowledgeable and attentive. Most importantly, he insured I received all the things we discussed at the sale and took time to educate me on the features of my new RAV4 Hybrid.

Absolutely awesome experience and awesome sales person. Buddy is absolutely great! Highly recommend this guy. we had a small issue with the vehicle in the beginning, but Buddy was straight on top of it! got the issue resolved very professionally and promptly. extremely happy with the buying experience. thanks Buddy!
