He helped us find a car that was a perfect fit for us, worked with us to get a price we could afford, and even gave our infant son a Beaver stuffed animal to help keep him occupied while we filled out paperwork (which he still loves and plays with). Gary is flexible and not high pressure. He also sent us an owner's manual through the mail when we noticed there was not one in the car. Thank you Gary!!

WOW!!! Doesn't even describe my feelings about Beaver Toyota. After I bought my 3rd Highlander from them there was a misunderstanding on some of the financing. After I talked to Shelia in one department, I had many questions. She connected me with Seth. Poor Seth had to listen to me fuss. He told me he would check on something and call me back in 5 minutes. Well about 2 minutes later not only was Seth back on the line so was the GM Randy. They listened, cared and solved my problem. Actually they went above and beyond to "WOW" me.
