Worst car buying experience. Noah was completely dishonest about the condition of the car (wouldn't let me take it to my own mechanic and only let me take it to the mechanic next door who I can only guess is his friend) and prior to me picking up the car, he promised to fix the air conditioning, oil leaks, rear shocks, etc. He told me he fixed those things, but he did not. He also agreed to take the car back 3 different times, and then after giving me the run around, refused. I took the car to 3 different mechanics, and there are well over 18K in needed repairs. The Kansas Dept of Revenue fined him for DEFRAUDING me. Unfortunately, that did not help me, and I am stuck with a horrendous car that I don't trust driving and can't afford the repairs. Here is what he was fined for. Ideal Auto (#3817) for K.S.A (5) knowingly defrauding any retail buyer to the buyer’s damage $750.00 K.S.A (6) Negligently failing to perform any written agreement (No buyer’s guide) $750.00. K.S.A (10) Willful misrepresentation, circumvention or concealment through subterfuge or device, of any material particulars or the nature thereof, required by law to be stated or furnished to the retail buyer with a total fine due of $2,250 on 07/17/2023.

I bought a car from Noah, and for the most part he was honest and done a very good job with the sale, I was hard in my inspection of the car and he stood by the car! Replaced a tire and temp unit. I plan to buy another one in the near future.

I have told everyone not to buy a car from these clowns!!! The car we got for a daughter went to crap after there warentee was up told them Noah didn’t want to hear about it!! Guess what social media is a great way to shut down a crappy business!!

We bought a VW bug got it home and the windshield wipers did not work Called Noah took in they had it fixed in 30 mins great job guys.

Noah and his team were very honest and sold us a GREAT car. Very clean both inside and out. Super positive experience as a single mom purchasing a first car for her son. Just a note, I immediately took it to a mechanic for a check over and mechanic commented on what a great vehicle we got! I would definitely purchase from Noah again.

I was very pleased with the honest way in which this dealer conducted business. Very trustworthy, honored his word with me on a square deal. I was pleased to hear about the owners local ties with a longstanding dealership where he learned the business. When I returned to close the deal and have them fix something minor I was again pleased to see how the team rallied together to fix the minor cosmetic detail in short order.
