my experience at Briggs was awesome. The help i got from CJ Williams, Brett Barker, and Josh Ball was on point. Very professional and helped my family and I with everything.

I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and will continue to do business with them. CJ Williams places customer service first and ensured that everything was done to ensure that I was getting a great deal. Even after I had purchased the car, I had minor mechanical issues, but CJ ensured that the vehicle was repaired free of charge. Grade A service.

Went and bought a 2012 Chevy Malibu from Briggs in August 2014 and had a wonderful experience. My salesman, CJ Williams, was very helpful in finding the right car for me and helping me get it at a price that worked for both of us. His knowledge of the vehicle and his flexibility in meeting with me after hours to discuss the deal real is what made me purchase the car from him. Being my first car purchase I wanted to feel comfortable in what I was buying and know that if a problem did arrise that I wouldn't be left out to dry. For me customer service and loyalty is what I am looking for in a dealer, therefore I would highly recommend CJ Williams and Briggs Super Center.

My husband and I have been coming to Briggs for years and every time we have come here it has always been nothing but positive outcomes. We always work with CJ Williams,always friendly and considerate. He is a tremendous help and awesome to work with. CJ always puts our wants and needs first while finding the best deal for us. Service was excellent Salesman Mr. Tim Cuddy was very helpful, friendly and overall great to work with.

They work with you to find the right car but the trade in process is not great. They never give you even close to trade in values.

They were willing to help us find a vehicle. Had a decent selection. But when it came time to buy, they were not willing to price juggle with us at all. This was after they lied to us two times about the price of the vehicle. Very upsetting.
