KIND OF ATTITUDE THERE ARE NO INCENTIVE DUE TO THE HI DEMAND I NEVER PAID FULL PRICE FOR ANY CAR OR JEEP IN MY LIFE AND I BUY 2 NEW JEEPS EVERY 3 YEARS DFOR MY BUSINESS I WENT TO MEMPHIS JEEP THEY WERE SOME OF THE NICEST SALES PEOPLE I EVER DELT WITH THEY ALSO TOLD ME END OF THE YEAR INCENTIVES ARE MILITARY 500 POLICE 500 AND 1000 CASH INCENTIVE PLUS DEALER DISCOUNT TOTAL OFF MSRP I GOT OVER 3500.00 I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW JEEP TODAY AND BUYING ANOTHERONE TOMARROW FOR MY BUSINESS. Worst Dealership I have EVER dealt with

We recently purchased a Jeep from this dealership for my 16 year old daughter. Within a month of purchasing the vehicle my daughter was driving it and a shock broke, we took it to our mechanic to have it fixed and looked over and he told us the vehicle was unsafe for her to drive. Not only were the shocks bad but there were a lot more issues. We had purchased a warranty for the vehicle only to find out that nothing was going to be covered because the Jeep was modified and was told by the warranty company that the dealership should not have sold it to us. The customer service we have received from the dealership has been horrible, the Sales Manager Anthony needs some serious service skills. His solution to us was to bring the vehicle back to them (which we live 5 hrs away and the vehicle is not drivable) and they would split the cost with us, seriously there is no way I would trust their service department to do any work for us knowing that they sold us an unsafe vehicle from the beginning. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this dealership. There lack of accepting any responsibility for putting my daughter is a dangerous vehicle is totally unacceptable!

Rip off. Charged me $408 to change a $45 coil pack that took them a half hour to change. Stay away. If you need service done I highly suggest going somewhere else.
