The entire staff was professional and friendly

Brandon our salesman was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle that you ask for him! You won’t be disappointed! I would recommend Kunes

First experience ever that I actually enjoyed getting a new vehicle. Jordan was my sales guy and was a delight and knowledgeable. I would recommend Kunes not only for the large inventory but great team inside!

Kunes Jeep- Elkhorn Avoid!!

I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator/optional extended warranty from Kunes Jeep- Elkhorn and when I tried to cancel my warranties 30 days later, it turned into a nightmare. The finance mgr was deceitful, unwilling to return texts, VMs or calls regarding the cancellation. When I started having issues, I escalated to the dealership General Mgr, he also never returned calls, VMs, emails or accepted calls. I finally dealt directly with the Extended Warranty company who experienced the same actions with Kunes. Only after contacting Kunes Corp Offices were they able to provide a refund..4 months after the original request. This was the worst car purchase experience I have ever had!! Stay away from this dealership and take your business elsewhere or you will be sorry!

Went to purchase a Gladiator. After they ran out credit they proceeded to tell my husband that all the prices online are wrong. That the one we were wanting was double in price. They definitely don’t have there act together

Very chidlish, they wanted to keep arguing instead of doing business. The typical run around games of old school sales. Keep up with the times guys, patronizing customers is dead.

Super great experience

The dealership had the suv I had been looking for. I had search nation wide to find the right car. I worked with several people at the dealership and everyone was like working with a family member. I’m very meticulous about my cars and they were also very meticulous in how they responded to my questions. They were honest and on point with their descriptions. I live in Savannah Georgia so I could only rely on what they told me, but points of concern were followed up with pictures and how they would address those concerns. I got a flight there and they picked me up at the airport. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by several of the staff members who made me feel welcome. The suv was as described and it was clean and full of gas. They were ready with the paperwork and had me ready to go within a few minutes. Great bunch of people which I can highly recommend. rotten company

I called and talked to tanner and he invited me in i went to kunes dodge and jeep and asked for tanner they never ever told me that he worked next door at the gmc building. I was lied to right from the start i asked for tanner and some Idiot said i work with tanner wasted 2 hours of my time and plues a hour drive each way and they did nothing for me this is the worst dealership i ever seen in my life and they tell me the lake geneva branch is rotten kunes all the wat around is no good as far as im concerned.

The worst dealership ever,don't come here

Don't go to kunes dodge or Chevy dealer in Elkhorn wi. Jason mast and his service manager took advantage of me,over charge me for air in my tires,lied to me about my old tires to sunk another $140 outta me,,total,,,$388.09 for them to lie to me about my car n did nothing.
