I have to say I am so impressed with Kunes. They were so informative and helpful with my purchase of a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Eduardo was amazing. He helped me so I got the exact car I was looking for. Then he also followed up with me the next day after picking up my new car to make sure everything was ok and asked if I had questions. I have never had a salesman take sure good care of me. Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful, but I did not feel that way. I wanted to make a quick transaction. I live 6 hours away, so Ryan had all the details worked out before I got there. I was in and out before I could even finish my cup of coffee, they provided. I did run in to one small problem when I made it home. The key fab didn't work. Because I lived to far away to drive back for the repair, they instructed me to get it replaced and send them the paid invoice. I did but I was skeptical that I would ever see a check from a dealership 6 hours away. Well, the check came in the mail yesterday. And Ryan was responsive through the whole process. Great customer service.
