Diligence on the part of our salesman, Kristof, made Kunes our first stop for the search of a new vehicle. We had purchased my previous car from Kunes and he followed up with me to check if all was well and if I may be interested in a new vehicle. I was. This was a smooth experience from start to finish. Bre was our salesperson and we kept her running for awhile and she was always friendly and pleasant. Not a pushy salesperson. So there is 3 Jeep dealerships within 30 minutes of my house. I drove for 3 hours to get to the best dealership around. Breanna, Jordan and Lana are the best. If you are looking for a new Mopar you definitely need to check out Kunes Country in Elkhorn This is the 3rd purchase from here and have never had a bad experience. I have never wrote a review before but this dealership has pushed me. I live right down the road from kunes elkhorn and I am so disappointed in there services I drive 20 min to mukwanago rather then 5 to elkhorn if you have any recalls on your vehicle don’t even bother they say they fix it but they don’t even take the time to do it right and they also informed me they needed to order a part for my vehicle for recall and they would call me when it was in month goes by I call in and they said oh we need a number off your motor bring my vehicle back in and they said they would call me in a week when they get the part in that was 4 months ago and no phone call I’ve gotten charged for things I’ve brought in there I never had a problem with before until I brought it then I bring it back in and tell them it was fine till it was in there then they charged me I highly recommend going to mukwanago for any of your vehicle needs don’t waste your time and money at elkhorn mukwanago is also cheaper nicer employees and better service all around you can sit in your vehicle while they do a oil change elkhorn you have to wait forever for them to get a oil change done you mine as well just drop it off and leave it overall I will not go to this dealership ever again and I wouldn’t even of gave it one star but it made me
