Basic first service.

Basic first service. Had oil change tires rotated. Have had coupe issues with door sensors. Was told they couldn't see anything in settings???? Just had another issue today. May be back in soon

Long wait, no communication, prices charged are higher

Long wait, no communication, prices charged are higher than what a normal mechanic would recommended. Brought car in on a Saturday, no word for 4 days. Called, promised answers in1-2 days. Another week goes by. When finally contacted, price for repair was at least $800 above average price for that repair.

I was very disappointed that Chrysler Jeep doesn't honor

I was very disappointed that Chrysler Jeep doesn't honor the warranty on gorilla glass. I'll have reservations ever buying another Chrysler product but the service department was excellent.

This was the easiest time I had ever brought my vehicle

This was the easiest time I had ever brought my vehicle to the dealership for service. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop for hidden fees that didn't appear. I still am amazed.
