My experience with Clay Cooley has been absolutely

My experience with Clay Cooley has been absolutely horrible. From the very beginning, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. They delivered my vehicle to me with no gas, no license plate, and no inspection. On top of that, the staff didn’t even know how to handle the registration process until a manager had to get involved. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the vehicle they sold me for $25,000 was only worth around $11,250. This is beyond deceptive and feels like I was completely taken advantage of. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I will be reporting Clay Cooley to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

I’ve been buying cars at this location since 2018, but

I’ve been buying cars at this location since 2018, but the type of experience i had today was just a nightmare. A gentle had me and my whole family sat down for one hours with no updates or whatsoever. I had to leave that nasty place. Erik, i think you’re not a good sales person, if you were really one you would have known that when you get a customer displaying some serious buying behavior, you don’t let them like that, NO you do not pass them to a novice sales person with no experience at all….. i came there with5k down payment and had to leave with that money in my pocket.

Sales Agent David Diamond found me vehicle valued higher than the dealership up the street. David voluntarily gave up his commission and gave so much of himself to make sure I got the best monthly price and best interest rate. David continued working with me every step of my financing and far beyond. Clearly, David raises the top standard.
