Pleasant and Painless

My experience buying from Premier Kia was so different from the old days of haggling with sketchy car salesmen. The staff was attentive without being pushy. I went in with my guard up and was immediately put at ease by Cynthia's professionalism and honesty. I would definitely consider buying a car from her again.

Would never buy a used car from here again

Bought a used car had check engine light the day I brought it home they won't fix it unless I pay. Obviously they are just clearing codes and selling off the cars without fixing them and won't stand by and fix it when they should. I will never go back here again. Also the key for the lugs is missing from the car. Stay away

Dear Mr. Randall/ We truly don't believe that your review is fair. On October 12, 2016, you took delivery of a 2009 Honda CRV that is technically sold "as is" under the laws of the State of Connecticut. We did provide to you - at no additional charge - a 6 month/6,000 mile nationwide limited powertrain warranty, as well as the option for you to decide to select additional coverage's. You declined. Prior to making this vehicle for sale, we replaced the front brakes, the cabin air filter, air filter, mounted and balanced 4 new tires and completed a full safety inspection. You have been into our dealership with issues on three occasions - and charged for no time or service/repair work. On 01/06/2017 you came in (with no appointment) and indicated that your check engine light is on. We recommended replacement of the oxygen sensor. There is no coverage for this part under the powertrain warranty that you were provided - at no cost - and, you had not opted for additional coverage at the time of pickup that would have provided for that. As such, you declined the repair. The wheel lock key was in the vehicle, since, it was used to remove the wheels to perform the work. We had offered to remove the wheel locks and install regular lug nuts for you at no charge - you opted not to. Premier Kia has truly worked to support you during your ownership horizon. We are sorry you feel the way you do and, do believe that it is unfair given the coverage's the company has provided to you for a vehicle that the State of Connecticut laws would deem to be sold "as is".

Awesome Experience

Simple, friendly, informative, and patient!

This is my first time leasing a Kia and the defining factor was Nathan and the team that took thier time in helping me find the perfect midsize SUV. At no point did I feel pressured to make a quick decision. They were honest and super aware of the product. They also worked with my crazy schedule.

I bought a car!

I went in to test drive and at the end of the day I traded in my old Kia for a used Kia from this dealership. My sales consultant was knowledgeable and acquiesing the entire day the process took.

A very pleasant salesperson

We were recommended to seek our Nathan by our daughter, Robin. He showed us several pre-owned vehicles within our price range. After test driving a few, we selected a 2014 Kia Sorrento, which was very clean and easy to drive. Nathan has a very pleasant personality and easy to work with. Fantastic service and great price

After visiting another dealer, Premier beet their price by a lot. Although I did experience procedure problems with Kia's computer system, and was delayed some time, the dealership did all they could and made amends for the inconvenience.

Excellent Customer Service

I would recommend this dealership and Colleen Hickey. It was an hour drive from my house and well worth it! Colleen and everyone were fantastic. Friendly and didn't rush or pressure me :)

Another Great Experience

I had purchased a new Sportage for my wife back in November and wasn't planning on another purchase anytime soon, but my daughter was involved in an accident on 12/4/16 so we needed a new car. She had a 2012 Sportage which was totaled but held up great no injuries to her or her two friends so we decided to go back to Premier. She found a 2017 Sportage that she really liked l told her don't show too much enthusiasm but she did not listen. We were able to come to a hassle and haggle free deal. Bob Alvine runs a first class dealership. Christina, Pat Cosgrove and Frank Williams are great to deal with.
