I purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership about 6 months ago, and I cannot say this enough...I loved our experience here. I made the decision to stop by not only because they had my dream car, but they have AMAZING reviews. We were greeted quickly and a few hours later the truck was mine! Ray III and every other staff interaction we had, was top notch! One of a kind for sure. It has left me feeling like they’re taking care of ME. They have a great selection of quality vehicles. Great dealership - 5/5! I would definitely recommend this place.

Great PRODUCT, Excellent QUALITY, Great SERVICE. What more could you ask for? I’m so happy I found these guys cause now I have a car dealer that I can trust for LIFE. I cannot wait to come back to purchase my daughters next car that’s how happy I am with the overall experience they provided. No pressure what so ever and after visiting multiple other dealerships I kept finding myself coming back to CARTOWN and now I can’t see myself ever buying from anyone else. Most importantly, the day I went to go pick up my vehicle not only was it completely re-detailed, fully gassed, but these guys even went out of there way and surprised me and my wife with a beautiful fruit basket from Edible Arrangement’s which they said was to show how much they appreciated our business. Almost sounds too good to be true but mind you this review has been due for months I just now finally took the time to sit down and write these guys an honest and well deserved review. Thanks again Ray 2 and a special thanks to Ray 3, this young man is who ultimately made my “new” used car purchase decision a no brainer. This kid has this down to a science and he makes it look too easy. We originally came in on a extremely busy Saturday afternoon but Ray 3 hustled his butt off to help every customer that day all by himself and it was quite impressive. I patiently waited for my turn in line to apply for financing and with his help he somehow pulled a few string and got me an excellent interest rate for someone who is currently rebuilding there credit and I can’t thank him enough for all the effort he put in to getting that deal done for me. Can’t say enough good things about Car Town USA. I had been looking for the exact Polaris Slingshot right down to the model and color for about 2 years when I saw the one advertised on carsforsale.com that Car Town USA had. The advertised car, model, picture, mileage, EVERYTHING was exactly as advertised! I had to reserve a trailer, which would not be available for a few days, but the salesperson at Car Town USA took a deposit and was happy to hold it for me. When I got to the dealership, the Slingshot was ready for me to test drive, and not a scratch or a speck of dirt on it! The 6 hour drive to the dealership was WELL WORTH THE TRIP! Even though I was an out of state buyer, filling out the paperwork was easy and quick! I am VERY happy with my purchase, and would recommend Car Town USA to anyone looking to buy a car!

My name is Mike, and after asking around, doing alot of research on buying used cars, and finding the right dealership, I found Car Town USA through a friend who recently purchased a used car from them. I couldnt be happier with all the help and great service I received at CarTown USA, and Ray III and his father and employees are great and truly treat you like family. Out of all the places I went, CarTown is by far the best place Ive ever been to, and literally is exactly how a dealership should be run, and they will do anything they can to help you. Their a family business and have been there for almost 40 years, and they are all about making their customers happy, and thats why they have been around so long, have the best reviews, and is everything and more you could hope to find when looking for a nice used car, and I will not only be buying my next car from them, but will refer anyone to Car Town USA. Thanks you so much Ray III, I honestly dont know if I could have even done it without your help, and am so happy with my beautiful new car, and have the piece of mind with the extended warranty and the car being in excellent condition inside and out and fully serviced. They even got it registered and inspected for me, and detailed. If you want to save alot of time and stress I would go right to Car Town, but Im more then confident that if you make it your last stop, then you will see just how much better they are then any other dealership in everyway and they will make sure you leave happy. I wish I found them along time ago, and my family and I will be customers for life. Do yourself a favor and check them out if your looking for a used car.

As a first time buyer I was not sure where to start looking. I drove to a few dealerships but I knew right away when stepping onto the lot at Car Town USA that I found what I was looking for! Ray the 3rd was great and extremely helpful with working out my financing and his father Ray the 2nd was more than helpful with getting my car registered. Not to mention the exquisite detail they put into making sure that the car looked beautiful as ever! If you go anywhere but Car Town USA, you’ll be doing yourself a disservice, the work that they put into their vehicles is above and beyond what you would expect and/or receive elsewhere. Take yourself down and pick yourself out an amazing used car, the only problem is choosing which one you want!

Go see Ray #3, aka “The Magic Man”, at least that’s what I like to ca him... tell him that Jay #1 sent yah! Lol....he was one of the only dealers willing to take the time and actually work with some banks to try and get me approved. Didn’t get an answer right away but Ray the third never gave up on me. I went 2 Cartown just 2 look around I was amazed at their inventory..Great looking cars newer models,good mileage and great prices... I picked a BMW x5 beautiful...Runs great..Ray the 3rd got me approved for a loan no problem...His father was a big help 2..Very good guys I recommend everybody go check them out u will leave there with a very nice vehicle....Thanks guys..
