No waiting to get in. Allowed me to inspect underside of vehicle due to running over road debris, which I greatly appreciated. Alerted me to mice nesting in the engine compartment to which I cleaned out & did some dyi repair. Thanks!

The staff at VW of Duluth are always kind. It was easy to schedule repair after diagnostics were completed. A friendly shuttle driver provided free transportation during service. I would definitely recommend VW of Duluth.
