DO NOT BUY… THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

Mr. Chin sold me a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali in 4/2021 I put 4700$ down and after 30 days the car began to completely malfunction having long term memory engine failure and other issues. I paid 4000$+ to fix and that got it running for a couple of months but I was unaware that the starter was going out. I called and spoke with Mr. Chin and asked him why did he tell me that they had a mechanic who worked there had checked out the vehicle and found no issues? He said the car was as is and they had no mechanic?! He said he would call me back but never did. The A/C wouldn’t work even after I paid anther 150$ to fix it, had to endure a summer in Texas heat of 110+ degrees without air. A month or 2 later The car wouldn’t turn over so I ended up paying another 550$ for the starter and after it ran for a few days and then it started overheating, the shop stated it needed a radiator heating hose or something like that but it would be another 400+ to fix. Shop also informed me that the pin and tie rod was needing to be fixed and would cost around 2700$. At this point I’ve paid more to fix the car then what the car was actually priced at. Please do NOT buy from here. I am having the car towed back there to do a voluntary surrender as I still owe thousands on this piece of junk. I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to coming here. This place should be shut down!!! Scam salesmen and terrible service

Don't waste your time no matter how appealing

You can't test drive unless you are going to buy the car!!!! Try to make sense of that! The rudest saleman you will ever meet.

WORST CAR AGENCY IN DALLAS

I bought a car 2008 Ford Fusion end July 2021.The car had Tie rod issues,which was never told to us.Had to spend $ 1000 on Tie-rods and associated parts. Now after 4 months the car has developed Engine issues. This car agency owners and Mr Chin are basically cheaters. NEVER NEVER BUY CARS FROM THIS AGENCY

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

My son found this place online and saw a vehicle that he was interested in. Beautiful..... everything checked out. With this being his first car, no credit, Chin got him in! Great job! I was upside down with my vehicle and thought it would be a great idea to purchase another vehicle from him because of the great experience with my son’s vehicle. We went back and I saw a car l loved, actually my son picked it out prior to going. I fell in love with it, but I noticed a smell of something smelling like something burning. I husband reassured me that they had cleaned the motor and it was probably residue from that. After getting home, it started to turn over slowly as if it was the alternator or battery. I called Chin and he told me to bring it back, and I did. He said that he would have the mechanic to check. Once I got there, I was told that the mechanic was out sick. Chin checked the battery himself and said it was fine. He stated when the mechanic returned, he would have me bring it back. A couple of days later, my husband took it to O’Rileys and they said it was a bad battery. I called Chin and he said he would order a new one. In the meantime, I hear a loud screeching noise and I called Chin again, this time he is going call me when he HIRES a mechanic! Three weeks has passed and I call, but I have to leave a message. I remembered that he called me once from his cell phone, I texted him regarding the noise. I told me that he had a new mechanic to start on Wednesday and to call back on Thursday. I texted on that day to but told the mechanic didn’t show. I said what about the battery, no response! I then received a text that he would call me right back, nothing! I sent a friend to pose as a potential buyer, and not only a mechanic but a couple. Chin is a lier and I WILL NEVER deal with him or the company ever again. I understand AS IS, however DON’T LIE! They know that these cars have issues, stopping lying and cheating people. I have reported them to the BBB and Shaun Rabb from Channel 4! Don’t be fooled by the clean cars, shiny wheels and motors drenched in ArmorAll!

Waste of time and space

Complete waste of time, drove 2 hrs after reviewing online, got to dealer and vehicle had been altered, took for test drive discovered chipped windshield, Drivers mirror did not work properly, asked if the would take money of price when we were outside they said yes, but by the time we got inside the statement changed to they would not reduce price. Also while waiting did a blue book check on three of their vehicles and the are consistently listed at 2500 to 3000 dollars over blue book value. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will spread the word to my fellow workers not to use this business.

Run!!!!

I called ahead to test drive a car, since I was driving from 30 minutes away, which I told the person. the car looked much worse than in the pictures, and the rear hatch struts were blown, but I still was interested in test-driving the car. instead, he asked me when I would want to drive away with it., I laughed and said first I would have to drive it, then I would have to discuss the condition, then I would take it to an independent mechanic, and then I would drive it away. I was being very friendly. He said that due to covid-19, they were trying to limit client interactions with their cars, then suggested I should bring my mechanic to their yard to look at the car. He basically refused to let me drive the car, and then offered that there would be no wiggling on the price, even and then offered that there would be no wiggling on the price, even though and then offered that there would be no wiggling on the price, due to covid...??? The price was set for a car in good condition. I was wearing a full plastic face shield and gloves. these guys must bake a whole lot of reviews, to end up with the four-star average they have.

Chin lied to me multiple times

Chin knew the car he sold me didn't have airbags. Also raised the price by $500 after we had a written agreement. Dont trust chin

Mahe Chevy traverse

Sales man Chin A month ago, We bought Chevy traverse 2012, one of the worst exp. He sold car without spare tire and even mount was removed. We found that after tire blasted. Recollection on that day of buying, it's was advertised for a price so that we can stop by. However so rude initially to sell that specific car for that price, later on agreed to sell as advertised. He was not even allowing us ride the car without finalizing the prize. When I called him to tell about missing spare tire, mount to put the tire, tools to replace the tire, his response was, it might have been stolen from me, but he told it was sold with spare. I never experienced anything missing in any of the car i owned. This car kept safe till today. Run away from this rude people, no courtesy, integrity, reliability. This sales man asked me to give good ratings in review, sorry I can't with all fairness to some of good salesman working different places.
