I researched the small truck I was looking for and visited RAV Motors. Roman one of the sales persons greeted us and quickly arranged to give us the keys for a test ..We drove it 12 miles on local roads and the highway. We returned the vehicle and left to test another at a different dealer. We were back in a half hour. Asked if we could take the vehicle to our mechanic; no problem Roman stated. We decided then we wanted the vehicle and made an offer provided 2 minor items were corrected. Roman without hesitation agreed to take care of the items and accepted our offer without having to talk to anyone. We wrote out a check and left within 30 minutes with the truck. Great car buying experience; truck was clean and Roman a great sales person to deal with.
