DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They sold me a car and intentionally took shortcuts during the repair process They damaged the front bumper during installation and instead of replacing it, they chose to use some wire in an attempt to fix the problem so that they wouldn’t have to buy another new bumper. After a week of ownership, the front bumper started to sag and after bringing it back to the dealership and leaving it with them for the day to be repaired, they told me they didn’t know why it didn’t fit right and there was nothing more they could do, even though they were aware they had taken a shortcut to fix the problem. THEY LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE! I brought it to another shop and they quickly discovered the terrible workmanship and wire used to replace the broken clips. On top of that the car also had an oil leak and then developed a cooling hose leak which lead to the overheating and a blown head gasket after only 800 miles. Do not trust them!!!

I've owned a Ram from them for several years. They half assed many things, from crummy aftermarket parts to leaving parts out to save a buck.

Great sales staff. Bought a Landrover Discovery. Dealership said there was a fourteen day warranty. Informed the dealership that a check engine went on. We brought to them to fix. They kept the car for three days stating they fixed it. They reset the engine light and waited for fourteen day warranty to end. Use discretion on buying from this place. Sale staff is good but garage portion is shady.

Hi, I am not sure why you wrote this review when we currently have your car and are working on it. When you brought it with the check engine light, our technicians found that the evap canister was giving an error code, that was replaced. When you got the car back, you had a code come up for an 'over boost' that we are currently working on. We Did not wait any certain time for any warranty to void, and we NEVER even said anything about your warranty experation or us not doing anything.... Please contact Ron if you feel like any of this is incorrect.
RED FLAG WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! THEY OFFERED ME 300 DOLLARS IN GOOD FAITH FOR THE BAD BRAKES, BUT WOULDN'T SEND ME A CHECK UNTIL I CHANGED MY REVIEW TO POSITIVE. ORIGIONAL POST: I bought a 2018 ford expedition from Ravmotors back in March 2026. It's been two months and the car has been into my local shop twice now. The first was for new spark plugs and coils on 4/29/26. I was having a misfire on one of the cylinders. That was 700 dollars in repairs. Now it's in the shop again for having metal on metal grinding and needs to have all four brakes and rotors replaced. Plus the front had leaking calipers. That was quoted at 2300 dollars. In two months I've spent 3000 dollars fixing this car. I'm pretty xxxxxx off...

Erik, Im am sorry that your experience was nothing but great at RAVMOTORS, and first thing tomorrow morning I will call you, But we will not be exorted for $1,500.00 that you requested... That is a RED FLAG WARNING! Just a quick one looking at your invoice... you actually payed a shop $780 to remove your brakes, replace the "bad" brake calipers, bleed them, reinstall the bad old brakes back, and then payed $638 again to have new rotors and pads installed that says front brakes and also says rear?!?! RED FLAG SCAM!! We have our vehicles inspected prior to listing, we also give a warranty with our vehicles and of course we work with all customers EVEN out of the warranty period when customers call. You purchased a Ford Expedition with 121k miles which comes with a 15 day warranty...but even if you brought it to me 2 month after, I would have done the repair work for you. Our shop/reconditioning center has over 25 people working, so each car gets checked thoroughly but anytime human work is involved, there is always a possibility of human error, and that is why we offer warranty and work with each and every customer. You Never called us about your brakes, you theoractically got the repairs done and then started leaving reviews... We also do not have a magic 8 ball to be able to tell if an ignition coil pack will go bad in 2 months. We had many cases where people call demanding money for repair work they did/will be doing and would not bring us the vehicle. Example: Call comes in that car was sold with a cracked headlight, and water keeps getting in and burning out the bulb. They wanted money for a new headlight. Cracked headlight- not acceptable - we ask to have the car brought in so we can fix it...... car gets brought in, but customer forgot to mention that they got into a fender bender on that side...... I am not saying that this is the case with you, but if you had an issue and called us, I would have 0 problem getting those things fixed for you, even the unforeseen and unpredictable misfire that happened out of the warranty period, fixed at no cost to you, that is what we do. No other dealership would offer anything on issues that happened a few months past the 15 day warranty, Especially without ever seeing the car, but we would. I understand that its easier to bully a smaller dealership vs. big franchise but when you claim the repairs cost $3,000 and you are Only looking for $1,500 from us… not sure what else to say. And Yes, after 2 months and unknown amount of miles/useage, AND without seeing the vehicle and its condition, we did offer a reaching hand and offered $300.00. Roman 952-456-4041
I have tried calling you, but you aren't around to take my call. You have yet to call me.
Great experience purchasing a vehicle from them in Minnesota. David was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process.

I just purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback from RAV Motors, and the experience was outstanding. This is actually our second purchase from them, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The entire buying process was remarkably fast and efficient. We were provided with all the necessary information about the vehicle upfront, which made the decision-making process seamless and transparent. Our salesperson, Renat, was truly exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Given the consistently high level of service, we will definitely look to RAV Motors again for our future vehicle needs. Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP We purchased an Infiniti QX60 about a month ago, and the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Within just a few days, we noticed a strange noise when turning. We brought the vehicle back and were told it was simply tools rolling around in the back. That explanation didn’t sit right, so we took it to an Infiniti dealership for a second opinion. They informed us the vehicle has a transmission issue that could cost around $7,000 to repair, in addition to needing a tune-up—something you would expect to be addressed, especially on a vehicle sold with a warranty. The financing process was also very difficult. Communication was poor—we had to repeatedly follow up for updates, and our original salesperson was either unavailable or did not return our calls. At one point, we had enough time to consider purchasing an entirely different vehicle due to the lack of responsiveness. We were then instructed to bring the vehicle to the Burnsville location for diagnostics, even though we were initially told the Crystal location had already inspected it. This inconsistency added to the confusion and frustration. Update: Since then, we’ve had to bring the vehicle in multiple times and even pay out of pocket for diagnostic testing at an Infiniti dealership. The vehicle has spent more time in shops than in our possession—we didn’t even have it for a full two weeks before it was taken back for repairs. At one point, it appears a code was simply cleared, and the vehicle was returned to us without the issue being properly resolved. Eventually, the dealership sent the vehicle to a transmission shop under warranty, where it has now been for nearly two weeks. We are still being asked to cover certain parts out of pocket, despite barely having had the chance to use the car. Meanwhile, we are making payments on a vehicle we cannot drive. I also want to address something that made this experience even more uncomfortable. I am a lesbian woman, and throughout this process, it has felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. Communication noticeably improved only when a male was involved in the conversation. I cannot say definitively what the intent was, but the difference in treatment was hard to ignore and left us feeling disrespected. To make matters worse, the dealership does not provide or offer rental vehicles at all. Because of this, we’ve had to rely on Lyft rides to and from repair shops and pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle ourselves. These added expenses and the inconvenience have made an already stressful situation even worse. On top of that, staff have been consistently rude and dismissive when we’ve tried to address these concerns. Most recently, a manager at the Crystal location was dismissive of our concerns, stating that the repairs shouldn’t be a “big deal” because they were covered. That response completely overlooked the inconvenience, lack of access to the vehicle, and overall poor experience we’ve had. At this point, we feel misled, unsupported, and unheard. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.
