It was a warranty issue.

It was a warranty issue. Service was great; however, waiting on Nissan to approve the warranty work occurred at the speed of molasses in the middle of an Alaskan winter. No complaints with the dealership concerning this issue. However, when I called the dealership earlier in the day to inquire about tires (talked to Brad), I was put on hold for an unusually lengthy amount of time and was eventually cut off. Therefore, I purchased my tire elsewhere.

Lee Nissan Service department is the best., Never have a problem getting Service work complete after receiving warranty parts. Continuously get treated like family!

We just moved to the area and needed an oil change and

We just moved to the area and needed an oil change and tire rotation. The professionals at Lee Nissan did not disappoint. Scheduling the appointment was super easy. The drop off was equally easy. The time spent at the dealership was minimal. The service advisor kept us apprised of the progress. Once the service was completed they washed the car, we paid the bill and drove off as very satisfied customers. We will definitely be using Lee Nissan for all of our vehicles maintenance needs.
