I reached out to them, asked them questions about a card they had for sale. No return my call or email after three times trying terrible customer service. I would never deal with them again.

Great experience with B&B Auto. The owners were very communicative throughout the process. Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). Great experience overall.

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

They have a big selection of nice used cars at very good prices. The salesmen are very nice and helpful. We are very happy with the car we purchased and have not had any problems with it at all. My daughter loves it!

I called to inquiry about a car online, and the hispanic guy was very rude. I decided to go somewhere else, only because how i was treated. A seller must be nice to buyers.

STAY AWAY! THE CARS LISTED ARE NOT AVAILABLE... BATE AND FLIP! I wish I could give less than one star. We called 3 days prior asking if a car was available and was told YES. On the day going in (we drove from over an hour away) we called on the way there (15-20 minutes away) and were told YES. We got there and suddenly they realized someone just happened to put a deposit on it last night and the person we spoke with before was out yesterday.... Very Believable. Ok, so we had our eye on another car as we assumed this would happen strangely enough that car also had a deposit. All they had was a car with 50,000 more miles and more money.

I purchase a 2010 honda Pilot in March of this year from this company about two weeks after purchase, I had nothing but problems spent over two thousand dollars in repairs on the vehicle, just to find out that the vehicle had engine problems from the very start, I also had to put hub bearing, struts and transmission switch on the vehicle after only having it for three months. Yes they provided me with a car fax but did not inform of all the other problem this vehicle had. They was of no assistance and also gave me a useless warranty. Thank God i was able to trade it in for something new at honda. I would not refer this dealership to anyone.

Recently called here to ask an information for Toyota Prius 2004 model. The lady was honest and told me about the car had two accidents reported. She explained me the accident in detail and gave me the virtual information related to the car.
