Bought a 2007 Acura TL in MAY. It is July 9th and through multiple attempts of communication they are now dodging my attempts to contact them because they have not sent me my title! I am now having lawyers involved after spending over $7000 on a vehicle and they will not give me my legal documentation for my vehicle. My temporary NJ plates have expired over 2 weeks ago and they also will not reissue me new tags. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS STEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR TITLE!

Had problems getting my insurance in order and they patiently waiting and were great and kind. Over all great people and good place to buy used cars with little problems and quick to fix anything not to liking.

Alot of cars has maintenance issues thats why its dirt cheap! they wont tell you whats wrong with the cars they just say very good car nothing worng with it. i had my mechanic come look at a car i was going to buy he just told me dont waste my money here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING!

I HAVE JUST DEALT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OVER THE INTERNET . SO FAR THEY ARE OFFERING THE BEST DEAL ON THE SUV I AM INTERESTED IN. I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE WILL IINFORMED AND WILLING TO HELP WITH WWHATEVER I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT . TRUST ME IF IAM CONSIDERING A DRIVE FROM CHATTANOOGA,TN TO NJ FOR A USED SUV.THERE GONNA HAVE TO BE A GOOD DEAL AT THE END OF THAT TRIP . YES CONSIDERING MAKING THE TRIP.

Horrible service. First of all, no one came to greet us when we got to the lot, like no one wanted to help us. Then tried to ASK to TEST DRIVE a car to see if I would even want it, only to be told I had to first do a credit check report and get approved by the bank...for a car I might've driven and didn't even want. Essentially, got the vibe that if they can't look at you and see money (be in clothes, race, what you drive up in, I'm not sure), you have to prove you have any and only then will you get their time. Don't waste yours.

Wonderful customer service.. I called about an 02 trailblazer and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. Workers had the carfax handy when I test drove the car. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Dealer even went so far as to change the oil for me before purchase to ensure I would not have to do it during the winter. Only down side was their financing person was not there the day I initially looked at the vehicle and had to wait till Monday to determine if I wanted a loan or pay cash for the car. Their loan company charges way to much on Interest so I paid cash. Overall best experience I have had buying a car.. Only time will tell if the vehicle I purchased was a good buy, but as for now I'm satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to purchasing another car for my wife soon.

Terrible customer service. The guys that are working there act as if they can't be bothered. The car prices are cheap but BEWARE!!! the cars have maintanance issues.

I am undecided between a used S4 and BMW 335i that I have seen in the ads. I went to check out a used 2004 audi S4 to see how it drove. The salesperson informed me that they need to get a commit to buy and deposit just to test drive the car. I have bought used and new cars before and the salesperson cannot wait to get you in the seat. The dealership with the BMW was the exact opposite, the guy was even trying to get me to try an M3, but that was completely out of my price range... I am a serious buyer and was hoping to get one of the cars in less than a week.

I came in wanting one car and when I got there I could not make up my mind. their vehicles are so clean and there is such a large selection of vehicle to choose from. but b&b made the buying process very easy and very fast. the price was way lower then I have seen at different dealerships. I purchased a Honda civic which I could not be happier with. I recommend this anyone who is looking for a very clean very reliable vehicle with a great price. you can really get a great deal at b&b auto. I will continue to purchase vehicles from b&b for as long as they stay in business
