Nelson Mazda Cool Springs

I am the third person I know to purchase a car from Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs and absolutely love the experience! Mazda makes great cars but the thing that impressed me the most was the amount of knowledge and attention that their salesmen give you. I worked with Ty and he could answer any question, was familiar with all the features and could also speak to the competitions' lineups, unlike any of the other dealerships I went to (which were many). I highly recommend Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs. I hate the car buying process and get very anxious and stressed when I have to go through it but they made the process straightforward and easy. Cody has been the sales manager for mine, my boyfriend's and friend's purchases and he's great to work with, as well! Stop by - you won't regret it!

My wife and I were looking for a car to replace our sedan. We knew what we wanted and didn’t want to be pressured. The staff was kind and didn’t be pressure. They inquired about our likes and then showed Ian what we wanted. We felt in control of the whole experience and only did what we were comfortable with. And VJ was super nice! He was our sales associate and we trust him because he didn’t want us to pay beyond our budget. Recommend this place with no reservations!

This review is brief since I just wrote one combining the first and second purchases we made in less than one week. Kudos to Andrew Marasco and Tommy Duncan, who tag-teamed on the first sale, for thorough customer care and assistance. In fact, everyone* we met at Nelson Mazda is great to work with in the potentially aggravating experience of buying a vehicle. Andrew, my sales consultant was great at helping me find the right vehicle. I had been researching this vehicle for a while and needed to see it in person. I test drove both the CX-5 2016 and 2017 year models. I was impressed with the smooth ride, comfortable seats, breaking ease, agile handling of sharp turns and corners. I chose the CX-5 2017 model because it had more pep to it. Great vehicle, I'm loving it and enjoying the drive. I recommend this vehicle and this dealership.

I can be a skeptical person but from start to finish I had an excellent buying experience. VJ and other team members were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. VJ personally went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, educated, got what I was looking for and walked away feeling good about the decision. I can also be a person with many questions at random times and VJ was always available with an answer. I know I would not of had the same experience at other dealerships.
