Terrible car salesman and ultimately scammers ! Please look elsewhere especially for luxury cars they will sale you a lemon with false promises of fixing them.

My wife and I had a great experience dealing at Auto barn with the purchase of a beautiful Mustang GT. No regrets. Very interesting inventory to observe as well. Gavin was great!

I tried to purchase a vehicle from them would not negotiate on the price I decided to agree with the number then when I ask him is there any issues with the car so I can know before traveling all that way Jackson stopped responding

Very rude on the phone. Became volatile while negotiating a deal on one of their shady inventory vehicles. Says out of business on google reviews to dodge bad publicity. Overall not nice people to work with. Wouldnt work with them ever

wanted to buy their car, sent them pictures of mine, they dropped the ball no response, called twice, no response. still interested in their car.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. I purchased a 2015 BMW X1 3 months ago and started to have issues with turbo/motor already. Took it back two weeks ago and was lied to by their Sesame St mechanic who claimed he contacted an Inspector to access the damage on my vehicle that is supposedly covered under my warranty. Weeks later I find out my car is still not fixed, sitting in the same spot, no inspector notified, no claim filed... just a waste of time. The communication sucks...the maintenance on their vehicle sucks, the service is beneath the money spent and the mechanic is dumb asf. Please look into other places before wasting your money. Thank God I was able to take my vehicle to the RIGHT dealership for a second opinion and direct honest communication concerning the warranty that I am so grateful to have purchased. If I could I wouldn't have given them a star. Highly not recommended.....

DO NOT BUY A CAR FRIM HERE. I bought a 2013 Cadi late NOV 2024. I had it for 30 days, they've had it since. I have had nothing but problems. They said they will fix it. They've done absolutely nothing. Will never call you back. Literally, I've had to call them every time. Came up to get it today (said it's ready), nothing done, won't start and trashed in the back. Once it's paid for, they don't care at all.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Barn. Gavin and his Co-worker treated me very well and they took care of my needs. I'm happy with my vehicle and the service.

Don’t Buy from here !!! I picked up a car from them & I live in a different state !!! They didnt even give me an oil change & the vehicle is an absolute lemon.. Please save your money !!!

Let me start out with STAY AWAY !! Even though I purchased 2 cars it meant nothing After I purchased it my BMW I had issues they avoided me when trying to get it repaired even stop answering my calls after 3 years of owning & avoiding them for repairs I had to reach out to them with hesitation I allowed them to repair my car the same day I picked it up after it being there for 2 weeks It broke that night same issue I took it in for so if they fixed anything it wasn’t the issue I had to have it towed. I spoke with the so called service manager ANDREW who informed me to bring it back in to xx it again. It may be something else wrong 😑 he told me I would not get my money back & could not provide me with an invoice. Part two coming.
