Sold me a lemon.

Sold me a lemon. We returned it, they brought it back, still defective. They have resisted this car again. 2016 White Acura RDX bad transmission, run from this dealer. They sell crap!

Amy, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, however we feel it is important that we address several of the claims in this review as they do not accurately reflect the situation or the extensive efforts we made on your behalf. First, we want to clarify what a lemon actually is by definition. A lemon is a vehicle that has a substantial defect that impairs its use, safety, or value, and that defect must persist after a reasonable number of repair attempts by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, typically within the first year or a set number of miles under warranty. It is also important to note that lemon law protections apply to new vehicles only. As a pre-owned dealership selling a 2016 Acura RDX, lemon law does not apply here in any capacity, making that characterization both inaccurate and misleading to anyone reading this review. Additionally, while this vehicle only has 66,000 miles on it, it is still a 10 year old vehicle. Reasonable wear and the occasional maintenance need are simply a reality of purchasing a used vehicle of that age, and it would be unrealistic to expect it to perform identically to a brand new car regardless of the mileage. We want to lay out the full timeline of events so anyone reading this has an accurate picture of what actually took place. We originally shipped the vehicle to you in Mississippi at no cost to you. When you reported concerns with the transmission, we covered the cost of transporting the vehicle back to us, performed a full transmission flush, and then paid to ship it back to you again — all at no charge. Despite being unable to replicate the transmission issues you described, we took the concern seriously and addressed it. When you remained unsatisfied, we agreed to repurchase the vehicle from you entirely out of good faith and again covered the cost of transporting it back to us. At that point, even though we were still unable to replicate the reported issues, we went ahead and replaced the transmission completely before relisting the vehicle. A transmission replacement is a job that can be completed in a day, so we are genuinely unclear as to why it is being suggested that the issue was never addressed, because it absolutely was — twice. Between shipping the vehicle to you at no cost, covering transport back to us on two separate occasions, performing a transmission flush, replacing the transmission entirely, and ultimately repurchasing the vehicle to ensure your satisfaction, we feel we did everything within our power and then some to take care of you. Despite all of this, you have still chosen to leave a negative review calling us out by name and advising others to run from our dealership. We find that incredibly disheartening given the extraordinary lengths we went to in order to make things right for you. We stand behind our inventory and our team and we will continue to do right by our customers. We wish you the best in finding the right vehicle for you.

I sent them email inquiring about particular vehicle being that i reside in another state. I never heard back from them. I also had other family members contact them as well and they never heard back either.

Was speaking to someone via text for a McLaren 570s. Stopped replying to my text message after a whopping six text messages after asking the color under the wrap and if they had current photos of the car considering the photos online are from 20k miles ago, awful communication.

Terrible car salesman and ultimately scammers ! Please look elsewhere especially for luxury cars they will sale you a lemon with false promises of fixing them.

My wife and I had a great experience dealing at Auto barn with the purchase of a beautiful Mustang GT. No regrets. Very interesting inventory to observe as well. Gavin was great!

I tried to purchase a vehicle from them would not negotiate on the price I decided to agree with the number then when I ask him is there any issues with the car so I can know before traveling all that way Jackson stopped responding

Very rude on the phone.

Very rude on the phone. Became volatile while negotiating a deal on one of their shady inventory vehicles. Says out of business on google reviews to dodge bad publicity. Overall not nice people to work with. Wouldnt work with them ever

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. I purchased a 2015 BMW X1 3 months ago and started to have issues with turbo/motor already. Took it back two weeks ago and was lied to by their Sesame St mechanic who claimed he contacted an Inspector to access the damage on my vehicle that is supposedly covered under my warranty. Weeks later I find out my car is still not fixed, sitting in the same spot, no inspector notified, no claim filed... just a waste of time. The communication sucks...the maintenance on their vehicle sucks, the service is beneath the money spent and the mechanic is dumb asf. Please look into other places before wasting your money. Thank God I was able to take my vehicle to the RIGHT dealership for a second opinion and direct honest communication concerning the warranty that I am so grateful to have purchased. If I could I wouldn't have given them a star. Highly not recommended.....
