DO NOT BUY A CAR FRIM HERE.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FRIM HERE. I bought a 2013 Cadi late NOV 2024. I had it for 30 days, they've had it since. I have had nothing but problems. They said they will fix it. They've done absolutely nothing. Will never call you back. Literally, I've had to call them every time. Came up to get it today (said it's ready), nothing done, won't start and trashed in the back. Once it's paid for, they don't care at all.

RUN!

RUN!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !! I was completely scammed by Travis at Auto Barn. Last week, I bought a 2016 McLaren 570s. When I received the car it was inoperable and had to be towed to my local McLaren dealer. Heed to the warnings in the reviews. I tried to work it out with Travis but he suddenly stopped responding to my messages. See below for the Initial diagnosis from McLaren : Key Fob falling apart and bubbling barely working Left front shock is leaking. Front floor cracked and destroyed. Only about 15% of it was on the vehicle so destroyed we discarded it as it was unusable. Front subframe damaged from bottoming out. Front splitter and bumper corners damaged Front side markers inoperative r/s headlight oxidized and faded. MRM assembly buttons inoperative. (needed to attempt diagnosis) Annual service likely missed Battery fuse box missing Battery brackets missing Aftermarket engine, transmission, extension panel floor panel hardware all mixed and matched. Multiple bolts broken and snapped inside carbon tub Steering column adjustment switch bezel missing Luggage bin gasket missing Washer fluid bottle cracked and leaking Console armrest lid latch broken Luggage bin panel cover missing Right side low temperature radiator is leaking coolant. There may still be more issues but unable to get more in-depth due to no communication to the vehicle. As you can see there are multiple cosmetic and mechanical issues still remaining but will need attention to after the 15 initial diagnosis.

I would like to share my experience here and dealing with

I would like to share my experience here and dealing with Travis over the last week and a half. My wife and I contacted him about a 2017 Audi R8 on a Saturday that we were in Atlanta for a Braves game. I told him we were interested in looking at the car for potential purchase. It was last minute, but he told me "sure come on, the car is here, and you can check it out". We drove to see him and when we got there, he greeted us and introduced himself and showed the car to us. He offered to take me for a ride to check it out and was very pleasant to deal with. After we were done, he told me he would take care of getting the financing done and would try to get me the best deal possible. After staying in contact with him about the car for about a week, he delivered on his word of getting the financing done. My wife and I went back and forth on whether we wanted to spend the money or not. Even after being indecisive about the purchase, he stayed patient with us and wasn't pushy. So, we finally told him we would come get the car and sign the paperwork. Once we arrived, I asked him if we could check the car over really good one last time before signing. He was cool with it and because we were already approved and had insurance on it, he said, "here take it out for a spin and let your wife see what it's like and when you are done come back and let's talk." We really enjoyed the car and told him when we got back that we wanted to discuss everything over lunch and would give him the final answer after eating. Ater talking, there was just a few issues that were concerning to me about going forward with the purchase. To be honest, they may not have been big deals but for us purchasing a car like this for the first time we figured it would be best to wait until we find one that just made everything feel right. He understood and even offered to take care of the issues, but my wife and I just still weren't there on the car. As an owner of a European car repair shop there was just a few things that made me not want to go through with it. The R8 was beautiful and felt solid and like I said it was small things that probably wasn't a big deal, but they changed my mind. We didn't go through with the purchase, but it had nothing to do with Travis and how he conducted business. It was just mainly me being nitpicky on things. I never asked him to take care of the issues at all. He offered to do it. So, I must say coming from a business owner myself and dealing with customers on cars, I appreciate that a lot. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I would still consider purchasing an R8 from him if he were to get anymore that just makes my wife and I say, "yes this is the one for sure". I understand that everyone is going to have a different opinion about a business and their experience, and you can't please everyone all the time. I deal with it at my shop from time to time. I'm basing my review off of my personal experience here. Travis, if you read this man, we genuinely appreciate your time, professionalism and integrity. Thank you for being patient with us and I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal at the time.

Recent Purchase 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix purchased at full

Recent Purchase 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix purchased at full price. - Once I received the auto it was wet on the inside it rained during delivery - T-Tops leaked - I overlooked it because it isn't uncommon for leaking T-Tops - The adventures continue as I discovered the windshield wipers failed to function. - Next I experienced a difficult time starting the auto. I took the auto in for service to investigate my recent purchase. My discovery was a bill close to $7k worth of repairs. The first issue is bad fuel pump and leaking fuel lines. Service Center expressed the discovered trouble items were impossible to not see even as an entry level mechanic. As I was informed they were happy I didn't create a fire from the fuel line. I am disappointed with my purchase however I have not had the worst of experiences as others I see. At least my engine is sound - I simply need alot of work on my auto purchase and the interior truly requires serious attention. The Youtube/Tiktok videos were truly misleading and dishonest. Please see my google review where I have posted photos of my situation

Horrible Experience with Deceptive Practices and

Horrible Experience with Deceptive Practices and Unacceptable Customer Service Our experience with Autobarn GA has been nothing short of a nightmare. We dealt with the General Manager, Travis, and the Financial Manager, Jeremy, who both made what should have been an exciting time a complete disaster. We purchased a car and signed the paperwork on Friday, August 16th, 2024, fully expecting a smooth process due to the fact we have always bought cars online and never have we ever dealt with an experience like this. Instead, we were met with nothing but lies and incompetence. Despite being told that our car had left the lot at 3:30 PM yesterday (8/21/24) and that it was only a three-hour drive away, we were left waiting anxiously until 11:30 PM. When we called Travis, the General Manager, he casually mentioned that at 6 PM—three hours prior—the truck driver had informed him that the car would not be delivered until the next day. For seven hours, we were left in the dark, expecting a car that Autobarn and Travis knew wasn’t going to arrive. To make matters worse, Travis promised to call us back with an update within 15 minutes, but we never heard from him and still haven’t heard from him. My pregnant fiancée and I waited until 11:30 PM at the drop-off location, exhausted and stressed, with no car and no communication. As if the lack of transparency and professionalism wasn’t enough, we were forced to re-sign the paperwork three different times due to their errors and what they stated were “funding issues.” The first two times, they tried to shortchange us on our $4,000 down payment that had to be sent to them before paperwork was even sent to us. When the car finally arrived, our disappointment only deepened. The front seats were worn and ripped, which had never been disclosed to us. The inside side door panels looked like a dog had been biting on them. The tires were flat, the gas tank was empty, and there was no oil in the car. It was clear that no point-to-point inspection had been done. To top it all off, there was a noticeable dent on the right side of the car. This whole ordeal has been nothing but a source of stress for us during what should have been a joyous occasion—buying my pregnant fiancée her new mom car. This dealership’s blatant lack of communication, honesty, and respect for their customers has turned our experience into a complete nightmare. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Autobarn GA to think twice. What should have been an exciting and smooth process was ruined by their incompetence and deceit. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!
