Took a car out 6 months ago and engine piston blew and they don't want to be responsible. I had to take it to dealership and hope for the best but it has been six months with this car only.

They sold me a 2009 Toyota Corolla that it's eats oil.Now I'm going to have to have the piston rings replaced.This car should have never been sold to the public.toyota had a recall on these engines. Car Solutions should have never even offered this car to anyone.

I am not a big review writer but this dealership is really a recommendation worth. Extremely friendly staff, customer service so much better than in any franchise dealer that I have visited, and I got a great deal! They take the time to explain you the paperwork and answer your questions. No hidden numbers, they gave me options, no buying pressure. I am impressed with the attention and professionalism from this amazing dealership .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolute JOKE! Purchased a used 2015 Chevy 2500. Thought I was getting a good deal, so I flew from Maryland and drove home. BARELY made it home. as soon as I left within 15 minutes - check engine light came on. Coincidence? Doubt it. I believe they cleared the codes, took my money, and as soon as I left - BAM it came on. Made it to VA when the DEF system decided to go to crap and was beginning to shut down the vehicle and gave me a limited range of miles. Made it home with 15 miles to spare. Not necessarily their fault, ill give them benefit of the doubt here. Parts to fix that $800. DEF and check engine light I thought were my worst problems, boy was I wrong.. Tried to get it MD inspected so I could tag and title it and - FAIL. Mind you, the DEF issue and check engine light are not enough to cause it to fail. What did cause it to fail was missing bolts, missing bushings, and components help on with ZIP TIES! Price to fix this - $2400. They informed be that it had been in a collision prior to me buying it. It had new body parts, new paint, looked pretty, minus the over spray on everything as if it was done by a 3 year old. What they didn't inform me of is how the bumper was held on by 3 bolts, they drilled new holes in the bent mounting hardware to get the pieces back together, missing an absurd amount of bolts, oil cooler held on by ZIP TIES, damaged power steering cooler (hose crimped not functional), broken tabs, bent tabs, the list goes on. I pretty much need a whole new front end. So they either knew they sold me a completely F-ed up truck or they didn't know what they were selling which is equally as bad. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Save your time and money. PS- they called me before I knew about all this damage to the front end and prior to me going through inspection and failing. Uh Sir Hi, we left our GPS unit in your truck. Would you mind mailing it back to us? Um, well would you mind compensating me for the $800 in DEF parts I need since I haven't even made it home yet and I am already having to shell out big bucks to fix this truck? No response. Another red flag here - they weren't even responsible enough to remove their expensive GPS tracking units before they sent me on my way. Lets see how good of a company you really are Car Solutions. Will you respond to this review? Will you compensate me for any of the $3,200 I have to spend JUST TO PASS INSPECTION? I plan to post this review on every site you have and continue tell people to STAY AWAY!!!
