Great Experience!
We had an awesome, easy, no pressure experience. Jacob Walker was our salesman and he was great! Very knowledgeable about the car we were buying, professional and provided great customer service! He even got a gameboy for my 5 year old daughter to play while I was doing paperwork. I would definitely go back!

Horrible Customer Service!!
Purchased a vehicle in October and still waiting for floor mat. Everytime you call they give you excuse after excuse. They smile and pretend to be nice but the minute you complain or express your concerns it's a wrap. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Purchased a used vehicle in October. Sales Rep. Todd was very nice. However my car was missing a trunk floor mat. I've been paitiently waiting all this time and still haven't received it. Excuse after excuse everytime I call. I have yet to receive the mat. It's frustrating when management doesn't seem to be concerned at all. I felt a bad vibe the moment I walked through the door. Management staff wasn't welcoming nor friendly. First and last time going to Five Star Hyundai Riverside in Macon, Georgia
