Very fast 1st in 1st out!!!
I was schedule for 8:30 appointment arrived early(7:45) doors to service opened at 8 am. They took me in at 8 gave me my car back at 9:15 am......airbag

1st Volkswagen purchased from an Amazing Dealership
My wife and I purchased a 2017 Tiguan from Zach Boyanton. I found the Tiguan online and had a very good conversation with Zach about the car and we interacted through emails, text and phone calls and I knew then that Jim Ellis Volkswagen was where I was going to be purchasing my next vehicle. After a three and a half hour drive we arrived and was courteously greeted by Zach and the whole transaction was nearly perfect ( but you'll have to ask Zach about that part) other than our funny little mishap it was a great experience. I never in my life thought I would own a Volkswagen but I'll tell you if this car holds up like their customer service I will definately buy another and I will MOST definately buy from Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw. It was actually the first time I enjoyed buying a car. Thanks again Zach and the rest of Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw staff.

this service took a little longer than past service, but i also had a recall done, the delay put me in the 5 pm traffic, it was bad.

Recall service
I came in for a recall on my airbags with a previous appointment. People were ready when I got there and called me as promised to let me know the job was done. No surprises and everybody I encountered acted in a professional, courteous way.
