2008 New Beetle

My 16 year old daughter bought a 2008 New Beetle recently. We took it to Jim Ellis VW for service and they went through it with a fine toothed comb to make sure if would be a safe and reliable car. They performed the required service, replaced a part that was about to fail and even told us what to look out for in the future Our service writer Arianna was professional, polite and fun to work with. The entire Jim Ellis service team did a fantastic job.

Easy helpful experience

I was very tired and frustrated when I came into the dealership and Jose gave me the royal treatment it was a great experience both Matt and Jose gave the best experience I ever had at a any dealership.

Great customer service

This is my 3rd car I’ve purchased at Jim Ellis, and it has always been a great experience. Great customer service, and the salesman was super friendly and made it very easy. I brought my car in to have tint installed on my car, and they did a great job. Always have it back quickly. They are super friendly and go over and above to help you. I would definitely bring it there for any future needs.

Excellent service department. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

VW Kennesaw Service

Had to have car in for a warranty repair. Service completed, but took approximately one hour longer than anticipated (about 2.5 hours vs. 1.5 hour estimate). I have found that the dealer generally underestimates the amount of time to complete, but the repair fixed the issue.

Very attentive and knowledgeable

I was very pleased with the service. It was prompt and the gentleman was very knowledgeable. I even purchased new floor mats that to my surprise were the same price as online
