I just picked up my new Crosstrek and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the entire team at Dean Team. Every single person I talked to was so nice and professional. Tim was outstanding in his delivery and walking me through every aspect of my new vehicle. He took the time I needed to understand Subaru. This is my third vehicle from Dean Team. Two VW and now the Subaru. With the service I received, I will be back for a 4th and will certainly recommend family and friends. I want to give a shout out to Sam in finance as well. Very friendly and personable. Great Job Dean Team. Keep up the great service.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Dean Team Baldwin. Nate was absolutely awesome—genuine, patient, and made the whole process actually fun (which I didn’t think car shopping could be!). He really listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car that checked every single box. I never felt pressured, just supported the whole way through. The rest of the Dean Team crew was just as welcoming and helpful, and it honestly felt like everyone was on my side. Drew, Sam, and Jason were all very helpful and easy to

Drew, Sam, and Jason were all very helpful and easy to deal with during the purchase process of our 24' WRX Limited. No pressure from any of them. The numbers were exactly as discussed after negotiations. Paperwork was ready to roll right after the test drive since we did the negotiations/loan paperwork through phone/email. The best compliment I can give is that we weren't left feeling dirty after the whole process. Can't say the same about some dealers I've dealt with in the past.

Dean Team Ballwin has the least ick vibes of any

Dean Team Ballwin has the least ick vibes of any dealership I’ve been to in my over 51 years. In fact - it had none - only good ones! It was like coming home. I may show up again today just to hang out. That’s how easy and enjoyable the transaction was - not smarmy and a big dang hassle like most other dealerships. Thanks for setting my daughter up with a great used car that will get her through her next phase in life. Shout outs to VW salesman Chris and VW Manager Richard and Drew (didn’t work directly with him - he was just fun to have around). Love you guys and see you the next time a need arises!

I just bought my second Atlas from this dealership.

I just bought my second Atlas from this dealership. This is NOT the closest VW to my house, but I chose this dealership 2x because their service and professionalism are first-class. They make the sales process painless and followup is exceptional on your terms - text, calls, emails, in person etc. They communicate in whatever fashion is easiest for the buyer and don't do the "lure you in" xx. Can't say enough. This is the dealership for you if you don't want to sit in a dealership for hours haggling.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Henry and Drew!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Henry and Drew! They were professional and super helpful. I don't know who Dean is but he has a helluva team and should probably take these two out to an all inclusive vacation or something because they make Dean look like the f***ing man! I'm part of the Subi gang now and I'm probably going to go have an IPA and start microdosing! Cheers Henry and Drew! Apples to apples the best car buying experience one could ask for!
