Audi Beaverton

I've recently purchased a new Audi allroad at Sunset Audi and worked with Patrick and also got some initial help from Kathleen. Patrick is definitely an expert on Audi vehicles, he was easy to work with and he is also very detailed. He got back to me over email pretty quickly. He made the entire experience really smooth and I am glad he helped me with the purchase of this vehicle.

As we walked in we didn't have all sales personal asking questions or what we are looking for. They gave us time to look around an when we were ready we sat down with heather an started our first Audi buying process. It did not feel like we were in there buying a car it felt like we were adding to the family. Sunset Beaverton Audi is the place to go for your next car. I took my Audi S6 (both Beaverton and Sunset East call it an A6, that should have been the first sign of stupidity) first to Beaverton where they had to keep it for over a week, just to miss diagnose the problem. When I finally got my car back, $900 later, not only was the problem NOT fixed, but my car ran worse than when I took it to them. Beaverton service also tried to tell me that my car had been poorly serviced in the past, not knowing that I have only ever had my car serviced by Sunset East ( the same guy owns both Beaverton and Sunset East ). I next took my car to Sunset East to see if they could fix the problems and poor work that Beaverton had done. $1700 and another week later, my car was miss diagnosed again. They had me replace rotors and brakes when the main problem was that Beaverton had simply knocked my tires out of alignment, along with not fixing my coolant problem. I was also over charged by Sunset East, when it all should have been free service to make up for the pathetic service I received. I also had Sunset East look at a small problem I was having with my sunroof, surprise surprise, my sunroof works worse now...thanks Sunset. Also between to 2 service departments, they managed to put over 70 miles on my car and barely left me enough gas to get to a gas station. Long story short, I'm going to Audi in Wilsonville from now on.

Buying my Audi SQ5 was a fun and exciting experience. Heather Tiblier our brand specialist helped us over several months, staying in contact and helping us decide on what model I wanted. When we came in she was informative, had everything ready to go, but she was also personable, and fun to be around. I love my Audi and had a great buying experience.

Another great experience at Sunset. Larry, and the entire service team, too wonderful care of my car and of me. After 8 years and 107,000 miles, my car and I are a happy pair. Can't recommend these guys enough.

From the moment I pulled into Audi of Beaverton Service Center my experience was exceptional. I was greeted and then escorted to my service advisor Dustin Close. I was told exactly what they were going to do while my car was in for service and how long it would take. They then had a very nice gentlemen shuttle me to work. The service was done as promised, they even washed my car. I highly recommend Audi of Beaverton. They truly care about their customers.

Over the past several months my wife and I have been test driving various brands of autos searching for the ideal car. When we went to check out an Audi A6 we had the pleasure of working with Craig Fleishman. Craig was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Audi products and took the time to understand what we wanted in a car. Craig has excellent customer service skills and never left us feeling pressured. He was incredibly patient as we made multiple visits and continued to ask questions about options and capabilities. We had been looking for an Audi for a while. Heather is knowledgable, sincere, and found us the perfect Audi for our needs. Her customer service skills are beyond compare! This skill comes easy to her because she genuinely cares about her customers. when we arrived to pick up out Audi ; Heather exceeded out expectations when she made sure our updated winter floor mats were installed, plates and tags on the Audi, and sent our Q5 back to the detail shop for a second time to make sure everything was perfect ! We visited the Sunset Audi dealership more times then I can remember and we will be back for an A3 sometime in the near future. Looking forward to working with Heather again !
