Evelyn, our sales person, was excellent! She was personable, knowledgeable, respectful. She was very professional and not pushy. Before coming to the dealership to meet her and drive the used vehicle, her email correspondence was just the right balance of what we needed to hear and she gave details we rarely saw from other car dealers. The only negative was with the financial department, which took too long and insensitive to my health condition.

Recently purchased a new 2026 Q5. Shane Randall was our salesman. Very easy to work with and a very nice person.not pushy at all .He went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Shane.

I’ve dealt with many dealerships over the years. Most were overwhelming, a couple were decent, but only one managed to make the entire buying process feel effortless. Audi Beaverton has been the best dealership experience I’ve had. Above all, I never felt like someone was trying to sell me a car—I was genuinely guided with helpful information to make the choice that fit me. Patrick Curb was the salesperson I worked with. He knows the models inside and out, treated me more like a friend than just another sale, and never rushed the process to get to the next customer. Jeff Blackwood, the General Manager, teamed up with Patrick to give me the best deal they could—and once again, there was absolutely no pressure. Then it was on to finance for the signing. Normally, you can expect to spend a couple of hours being pitched add ons, but instead I had the pleasure of working with Parker Helland. He was fully prepared, informative, and never pushed anything. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Partick, Jeff, and Parker……Thank you so much for everything. I LOVE my new Sq5 !!!

Great experience with Griffin Palmer, who spent over 3 hours test driving cars with us after I was recently rear ended in my yr old SQ5 that was totaled. There was no pressure whatsoever. We found one we liked in another state but really wanted Griffin to make the sale since he helped us so much. We lucked out and only had to wait a couple weeks for the new car in the color we wanted, and picked it up today! Griffin kept us updated the entire time. We’ve had 3 great experiences buying cars from this dealership. They have the best salespeople!

Stress-free and truly enjoyable car buying experience! After being hit by another driver and dealing with a totaled Range Rover, I was dreading car shopping due to the stigma of it being a high-pressure, pushy environment, and my own past experiences visiting dealerships and receiving endless texts and phone calls afterwards. My experience at Audi Beaverton, working with Griffin Palmer, was the exact opposite of everything I feared. Fun, thoughtful, human, transparent - I can’t recommend this team of wonderful humans enough. If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle, I highly suggest paying them a visit. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had (this was my third vehicle purchase) - and best/only post-purchase experience! Instead of handing me keys and waving me off, Griffin spent 30-40+ minutes (at 6p on a Sunday evening, mind you) helping me personalize the vehicle settings and educating me on its unique capabilities and answering questions about things I hadn’t thought to ask about during the various test drives we went on. Thanks again, Griffin!
